Climb six flights of steep stairs! There was no way to get the luggage to the room. Not suitable for middle-aged and elderly people! Not suitable for people who drive! The service staff has a bad attitude! Blatantly provoking Ctrip’s booking! After booking, I couldn’t contact anyone at all! No one cares about the apartment at all! It is strongly recommended that Ctrip platform cancel such apartment reservations! ! ! The price of 1,000 yuan per day is to buy yourself some comfort. You don’t want to go back to the hotel and climb the stairs every day when you go out. Finally, put your luggage in the trunk and check in with only toiletries. If you're looking for a location close to the bus station, it's a great choice, just a 5-minute walk away. You can also get to Coimbra University by Uber in under 10 minutes for about 5 euros. When I left my bag at a Fado restaurant and needed to speak Portuguese, the front desk staff made the call for me."

Wires hanging from the television, walls and carpets dirty. No valet parking, although this is advertised on the hotel website."

"The middle aged lady on reception is very rude. We arrived to be greeted at the gate by the welcome. I haven't got any pitches. I explained we had booked in advance and paid a deposit, to which she tutted and rolled her eyes! She then shouted park over there. We duly did and went into reception. The conversation went like this - name, look for a pitch we are busy with groups arriving. At which point she scribbled on a map and turned her back. She was just as rude when we went to pay. There are only two benefits to the site. 1. Evora is a short walk away. 2. The pool is clean. However, it is the only thing that is. The pitches are like scrub land and many have tree stumps in them. The showers are old and filthy. Dogs bark all night, and the road adjoining the site is constantly noisy. "
