"Had a wonderful holiday in the villas first time stay wee stayed in the dutchess villa for 4 nights which was a great villa was very clean room service was great staff were excellent breakfast had a great choice of everything you could want. And had the great pleasure of meeting Fiona the manager who was a lovely lady .Wee dined at the restaurant on 3 occasions and the food was absolutely amazing .Had a great friendship with Juan Carlos who was a true gentleman reception staff were also very nice people. Wee decided to extend our stay for another 3 nights as it was part of my wife's 60th birthday which the staff kindly decorated the room for us .Wee were very kindly upgraded to the Eden villa which was amazing. Overall what an amazing experience Wee had. would definitely return. So many thanks again to Fiona and all the staff for making it so special for us ❤️❤️"

"The hotel is gorgeous, good location, but let down by a cockroach in the room, housekeeping, they didn’t clean the room at all for two days until they approached the cleaning lady and said, they simply let him through, for unknown reasons, they gave him a room with an ocean view (they took the deluxe) swimming pool, noisy, swimmers scream during the day, you can hear a disco at night, so keep in mind, the food is not very tasty, watermelons and melons are tasteless, most of the people in the hotel are pensioners, the staff don’t care, they don’t bother here, no matter how many times they came for breakfast there were no clean ones tables, there were dirty plates of food left from previous guests, I had to run around the whole restaurant to look for a place to sit and whether there would be clean cutlery, people sat down with breakfast at dirty tables, or where there were no cutlery, service was 3. Overall good, but could be better!"

"I stayed last week I’m from Scotland. The hotel is ok ..food is always cold and not a great choice . Breakfast poor someday there was some bacon and that’s it next day sausage never together ..people like things together. Other things are the staff are all miserable.. except 4 Isobela in reception is lovely and the cleaning team on 4 th floor aswell .. the director always said hola . Jeez please make the staff say hello in restaurant and pool bar is really bad ? Martin is also a credit to the hotel ., the entertainment is strange linda amazingly good she try’s her best but people don’t want to move I’ve worked in the travel industry for loads of years and worked in resort for tui So I think it could be so much better With some efforts from the staff which you pay a wage too"

"Las Rosas you shine as bright as the Tenerife Sun, a fantastic atmosphere and a real family feeling awaits and welcomes you at las rosas,lovely apartments and a great pool,spectacular views, great bar and food. Very clean complex inside apartments and surrounding pool areas,very friendly Went for a week, stayed for two weeks. From the reception team Javier, Siobhan, Laura who are fantastic and helpful and always smiling. The bar staff Carlos,Richard,Steve,Lucy,Debbie thanks so much for the laughs and memories, Everything is close by shops,restaurants,bus stop, location is great. Nightly entertainment is really fantastic, Just go see for yourself las rosas will not dissapoint. Carlos amigo thanks a million."

"Great sea view. The staffs are friendly. We were given a bottle of free sparkling wine when checking in. Dinner is good. The only drawback is the facility is a little bit old, but it’s understandable."
