"All was perfect. The apartment is innocent, spacious, quiet, with everything you need. From the balcony, a view of Los Gigantes. A walk can be travelled to the restaurants without having to have its car. Attention l'accueil se fait jusqu'à 19h et non 23h comme indiqué dans la réservation, certainement une erreur de mise à jour.Le personnel d'accueil a cependant été très réactif ( arrivée tardive ), s'est efforcé de parler français ce qui a fortement aidé dans la communication au téléphone qui n'est pas évident quand on ne parle pas la langue. Une boîte à clé est alors mise à disposition. The check out was very fast and efficient ! To recommend without hesitate."

"The hotel is gorgeous, good location, but let down by a cockroach in the room, housekeeping, they didn’t clean the room at all for two days until they approached the cleaning lady and said, they simply let him through, for unknown reasons, they gave him a room with an ocean view (they took the deluxe) swimming pool, noisy, swimmers scream during the day, you can hear a disco at night, so keep in mind, the food is not very tasty, watermelons and melons are tasteless, most of the people in the hotel are pensioners, the staff don’t care, they don’t bother here, no matter how many times they came for breakfast there were no clean ones tables, there were dirty plates of food left from previous guests, I had to run around the whole restaurant to look for a place to sit and whether there would be clean cutlery, people sat down with breakfast at dirty tables, or where there were no cutlery, service was 3. Overall good, but could be better!"

"Nice 3 level apartment, over looking the coast staff are friendly and helpful. The pool and terrace area relaxing, with good food on offer beers and cocktails happy hour 3 til 5. 25% off. Locally walking down to bars and restaurants is fine, "cardiac Hill " well named back to base camp. Taxi is well worth it at €3.50euros there's also the magic key for the short cut."
