"Absolutely miserable and rude receptionist when we arrived. Told I had to park for parking which I didn’t know about then grunted and waved to a machine across the hall. After I paid she told me there was a discount code. Then said it was too late to use it and she couldn’t help me. Awful service. The shower was filthy and cracked. The hotel weren’t interested and the receptionist then lied and said she tried to help me! Do they really think I would willingly pay more if I knew I had a discount. Couldn’t even have a shower and got a cleaning fee refund from trip. Will not be back. Awful place. The breakfast staff were lovely this morning, the night receptionist clearly hates her job."

"No air conditioning so very humi and hot in room. Toilet was hard to flush. Plugs too far to charge on a table or stand. You need to unplug things to get closer. Overall better than the travel lodge and Premier inn nearby."

"The room is nice, it is great for a short stay!"

"The bed was too small"

"There are several shopping malls downstairs."

"Had an amazing although it was very hot due to no aircon but not the staffs fault! They provided us with fans to keep us cool. All staff were lovely, ate dinner and breakfast and the food was delicious. Michael, Karolina and Carmel are a great asset to the team."

"Really great place to stay at when here on business. Friendly staff, easy check-in and clean, comfortable rooms."

"Our stay was really good as I was worried being a holiday Inn , but how wrong was it supassed all my expectations from the quality of food to the amenities to the welcoming of the staff when you walk through the door. Would I stay here again? Definitely we had the best weekend using the spa facilities the Marco Perry restaurant and all the other amenities that were available. It was a Very pleasant stay and we were made to feel very welcome. The rooms were really lovely. We got free upgrade when we arrived which was a lovely thing as it was my birthday. They're just really lovely. The beds were comfortable. There were extra pillows if you needed them as well . The only thing is you have to pay for your parking there which was quite expensive. £24, but you know apart from that everything else was really lovely and we really enjoyed our weekend. The swimming pool , Sauna jacuzzi, and steam room was great way to spend our last afternoon and all free , they also provided you with towels . The breakfast was lovely lots of choice and there is a Marco Perrie restaurant on site , but there was also another menu if you wanted something more simpler to eat to sit around the bar area ."

"The hotel offers good value for money, but it's quite far from the city center airport."
