The homestay is right next to Erhai Lake, not across the road, and there are outdoor chairs to sit on the balcony to bask in the sun, which is really comfortable! ! The homestay also provides exquisite and rich breakfast, welcome fruit and good night dessert. The service of housekeeper Xiao Li is very considerate. He picks up and drops off guests, delivers luggage to the guest room, and is always online via WeChat. He is always responsive to any request. By the way, they also give away 3 travel photos for free. I tried it with the mentality of taking some photos casually, and the result! ! It exceeded my expectations! ! Absolutely beautiful hotel, directed heavily to Chinese customers. The service was very very nice, and they helped me with everything I needed and were extremely nice and polite, always smiling which is something I don't see here often. The views from the room were incredible, everything was very clean and the hihh tea was very nice.. Some things I would improve, breakfast... I definetely not up to the price. And I was quite surprised by the amount of people taking photos, if I wouldn't have booked a room with private view and terrace I wouldn't have been really annoyed by the people having photoshoot at all times ruining the view. But that doesn't take from the experience and I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Before checking in, a WeChat group was established for guests to provide various check-in guidelines, which is very comprehensive. Service: I was contacted in advance to ask about the check-in time and whether a parking space was needed, etc. There was welcome fruit when I checked in, and the owner of the stairs helped me carry the luggage directly. We went back at 11 or 12 o'clock every night, and then he would wait for us to come back every night to send fruit. I have to say that the service was done in detail. Tea was also sent when I left. 3. Transportation: Parking can only be parked next to the road. It seems that this is the case here, but the owner made a cone bucket, which is still a basic isolation. Hotel staff is amazing! They were in touch before my arrival, checking in on my ETA. The moment we stepped out of the car, the staff came running out to help with our luggage. They helped us carry up the luggage as there is no lift. Room is clean and with sea view. There was a little issue with water flowing out of the bathroom and they attended to it straight away. The following day, they change another room for us. Overall experience is great and will recommend travellers to try out this hotel. A big shout out to the service staff!
