Ambiance: If you're staying in a waterside room, Shuanglang is the place to be. You're literally living in the scenery; what you see is what you get. Amenities: Dyson hairdryer, bathtub with a cover and milk bubble bath. The floor-to-ceiling windows really highlight the view. The bedding is also excellent, very comfortable to sleep in. Cleanliness: Extremely clean. Service: Although there's no elevator, our butler, Liu Jin, was incredibly strong and helpful. He carried our luggage to and from the parking lot during both check-in and check-out. Very thoughtful. Travel Photography Experience: The travel photography here is amazing, mainly because the scenery is so beautiful – perfect for photos. Guests get a few complimentary shots, but the photos are so good that it's hard not to pay for more. Goodnight Dessert: We stayed for two days, and the sweet soups were different each night and both delicious. Souvenirs: Rose brown sugar, a favorite with the kids. Breakfast: The rice noodles for breakfast are delicious, highly recommend them.

This guesthouse is perfect for photos and also great for a relaxing getaway. The biggest highlight is the amazing sea view from the room; the floor-to-ceiling windows face Erhai Lake directly, so you can see the Cangshan mountains and the clouds from your bed. The balcony loungers are also perfect for just chilling out. The room is well-equipped, the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is good, ensuring a quiet and restful environment. The breakfast, especially the rice noodles and soy milk, was delicious! 😋 My child loved it so much and wanted to stay another day, but our plans changed, so we'll have to come back next time.

This lakeside guesthouse in Shuanglang is truly a pet owner's dream! They have golden retrievers and Samoyed giant dogs that are gentle and friendly, and you can play with them. Bringing your own furry friend along is completely stress-free. Newly opened in 2025, the facilities are brand new. The rooms and bathrooms are spotless, clean, and refreshing, making for an exceptionally comfortable stay. Open the window, and you're greeted by Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake. The terrace offers stunning views of the sunset glow across the sky and the sun setting over the mountains and sea – every photo you take is a healing masterpiece. Plus, the owner even plays and sings! The experience is absolutely fantastic! Quiet, comfortable, clean, and grand. A truly luxurious experience.

Choosing this hotel in Dali Shuanglang was absolutely the right decision! The location is superb, right by Erhai Lake. Opening the window reveals a panoramic view of the entire lake and Cangshan Mountain, and watching the sunset in the evening is incredibly therapeutic. The surroundings are also very quiet, and I even witnessed a breathtaking sunset! Absolutely stunning! The lake view is fantastic, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The room facilities are comprehensive, with simple and comfortable decor. The balcony view is amazing, and the bed was very comfortable for a restful sleep. The owner and staff are all incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any requests. What I was most satisfied with was the cleanliness; the room was spotless, with no strange odors, and even the corners were thoroughly cleaned. I felt completely at ease staying here. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Shuanglang.

First time visiting Dali with my elderly mother. We stayed in Dali Ancient City (Haixi) for the first two nights, experiencing its lively bustle. For the latter two nights, I specifically booked a hotel near Shuanglang Ancient Town (Haidong). After comparing several options, I chose this cliffside seaview guesthouse. Upon arrival, whether in the guesthouse garden or in the room, we had unobstructed views of the blue sky, white clouds, Cangshan Mountains, and Erhai Lake. This trip was absolutely worthwhile! 😊 The guesthouse service was also good, and they even offered complimentary bedtime milk. 🥛🥛

Before coming to Dali, I wanted to stay in a guesthouse close to Erhai Lake. I spent a long, long time carefully selecting one, looking at everything from the location to the decor. The first thing I noticed upon entering the guesthouse was its cleanliness and tidiness. Toiletries were neatly arranged, and disposable toiletries were thoughtfully provided, as were the common areas. This environment made me feel very safe and comfortable! Secondly, the guesthouse owner was incredibly welcoming. From the moment we checked in, we felt his care and attention. He enthusiastically introduced us to nearby attractions and restaurants, and he was also a great help with our travel arrangements, making everything go very smoothly! We originally wanted to buy some walnuts, but although we didn't find any we liked, the owner helped us find some, making us feel right at home! In short, my experience in Dali was perfect. The welcoming owner, the clean environment, and the excellent location all left a deep impression on us. If I come back again, I will definitely choose this guesthouse again. Looking forward to the next time! ^^

I came to Shuanglang to see the sea and was fortunate to stay at this place, which filled me with joy. Opening the window, I was greeted by the vast expanse of Erhai Lake, with distant mountains covered in lush greenery and clouds floating like boats on the water – a truly breathtaking view. The room was bright and clean, the bedding soft, and everything spotless. The staff were gentle and attentive; whatever I needed, they promptly assisted, taking excellent care of everything. The courtyard was serene with lush greenery, far from the madding crowd. In the morning, I could watch the sunrise over the sea, and in the evening, the sunset paint the sky in molten gold. Staying here felt like being in a landscape painting, all worries melting away. When I next visit Yunnan, I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to all my friends.

Arrive to take the initiative to greet the luggage, will recommend the small number of people around the sea punching point, the terrace to watch the sunset atmosphere full. The room is clean and comfortable, with a front-line view of the Bohai Sea, and any small questions will be answered in seconds. Fresh fruit tea is presented daily, breakfast tastes online, and the check-out is also carefully reminded of the precautions for the return trip. Good scenery, warm service, couples vacation is highly recommended!

I stayed for three days, and every day there were afternoon snacks, but the cakes were always the same, though the fruit changed. Everything else stayed the same. In the evenings, they offered warm milk before bed, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was quite tasty and well-presented, but it was identical every single day. I think they could swap out the corn for sweet potatoes, pumpkin, etc., to offer long-term guests some variety. Throughout my three-day stay, the toilet in the bathroom was never cleaned after check-in, and the hair in the shower wasn't cleaned up either. I won't post photos, but I believe that no matter how many days you stay, the cleanliness should be as good as if you were staying for just one day. If the cleaning is like this, I might as well switch rooms every day, wouldn't that be better? It's for convenience, but I think better hygiene would make it even better.

Yunqi completely exceeded my expectations, with attentive service available on demand, unique meals every day, and the stunning Erhai scenery right outside the door. The location is convenient, and the views are absolutely superb. What touched me most was the unique level of thoughtful detail, far surpassing many five-star hotels. You don't have to keep repeating your name or room number; every staff member remembers you, and your requests are always handled quickly and properly. It's incredibly healing.
