"won’t recommend. booked the wrong date, immediately cancelled but they refused to refund even though I went to their hotel and checked in on the same day but they still won’t accept my reason to cancel and refund the wrong booking. it seems like they dont listen to reason. asked them if I can rebook it so I can use it still, they still refused worst hotel/in I’ve ever had. customer service is a joke. receptionist dont even know what their doing."

"Reasonable prices, a variety of room sizes, on-site emergency power generation, very friendly and helpful staff! This small hotel has the best views of Mt. Mayon anywhere! Multiple levels and balconies to choose from. Air-conditioned rooms, TV (we didn't watch much), and included shower-toilet room with each room. Comfortable bedding and good lighting. NO on-site food service, but a McDonald's 200m on the same side of the road. Other area restaurants require transportation. Food preparation area and accommodation of events (for a fee) are available on the third floor terrace. Bring any food you like to eat there. 50% downpayment was required at booking, with the balance due on arrival."

"I will review on the older building where i was booked. For the price, it's not worth it. The room was old, amenities were very basic, bathroom has no divisions so it can be a mess once u take a shower (it's door jambs had termites so the wood dust would dirty the area. Breakfast is at the 2nd floor of the new building. It rained a bit and caused a flooding at the street separating the buildings. They had to make a make shift bridge (after some prodding) for us to cross. Parking is at the new building too. It is cramp and hard to move once other cars were there. Breakfast is okay.The employees were respectful and good."

"Unfortunately, my stay at Fj Manila Hotel was disappointing. The room had an unsettling atmosphere that made it feel uncomfortable and somewhat scary, especially during the evening. Cleanliness was also below expectations. The room appeared poorly maintained, with visible areas that needed more thorough housekeeping. In addition, there was a strong unpleasant odor throughout the room, which made the stay even less comfortable. While the staff were courteous, the overall condition of the room significantly affected my experience. I hope the management addresses these issues by improving cleanliness, room maintenance, and odor control to provide a more comfortable environment for future guests."
