"The first time was six years ago, the service quality was very good, so it was my first choice when I came to Ireland after the new crown. Unfortunately, the whole feeling this time was far from the first time, and I was quite disappointed☹️… First of all, the wireless network in the room was often interrupted or there was no signal. I called the front desk and the reply we got was that the signal was not good in the countryside. Now that technology is so advanced, such a reason is really far-fetched. Secondly, there was no drinking water in the room. I asked the waiter to bring water, but the waiter asked us to get it ourselves. Is this the service that a star-rated hotel should have?  I understand that the store uses handwritten menus to show their high-end, but the font of the entire menu is very difficult to read. It is so dense that people feel dizzy. It is not the kind of comfortable and clear font and layout. Since it is a castle hotel, people should be able to walk around. It was possible six years ago, but now many places are surrounded by gates. It is impossible to walk around."

"The bunk bed ladder located too near the edge of the table poses danger to the kids accessing the ladder. My daughter bumped against the edge and had a bruise at her back. Otherwise, the day was enjoyable."

"from the moment we arrived we were treated so well the welcome , the room which was the small budget double was perfect so clean with everything you could want the ensuite was spotless. dinner that night was amazing a huge shout out to the chef the thai mussels were out of this world and the fillet of beef cooked to perfection. the only niggle the cooked breakfast was left under the hot plate and so the bacon and black and white puddings were uneatable . but we will be back as soon as we can."
