Very beautiful place in Bariloche 13 k from the center and 7km from the airport was our home in this beautiful place.It is a very nice complex at the shore of the Nahuel Haupi lake; with wonderful views of the mountains.The complex is very modern and the facilities very The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. So the Check-in was a nightmare because you had to do in over the website with WiFi that wasn’t great The room was big and clean and the bed was comfy The bathroom was a bit run down as was the rest of the room but you could have a nice and hot shower The breakfast was good as we had the “extra“ the lock on my window was broken as well …they did fix it temporarily though Otherwise the hotel is on what I would call the end of the centre of the Main Street and therefore you can walk very nicely to all the shops of Bariloche

It is a very well located hotel, near the shopping centre and the bus stops. It has views of the lake in the living area and in the rooms that give the west. Breakfast is very complete. I emphasise the friendlyness of the public care staff. I recommend the hotel for those who want to use it as a base to make tourism across the area.
