"A fabulous botique hotel a bit off of the off of the main drag! We went to Montenegro with friends for a long weekend. I debated where to stay (Kotor or Tivat) and was very pleased with my decision to stay near Kotor. I chose this hotel based upon the reviews and the photos, but was blown away by the wonderful service and lovely rooms and outside areas. The staff, especially Dijana, were very helpful and responsive to our every need. The breakfasts were were out of this world. Our room was cleaned twice daily. The location is a 7 minute taxi drive to the center of Kotor. I highly recommend this for a relaxing and lovely stay visit. Having said all of this, if you are stair challenged or need a huge pool, I am not sure that this is the hotel for you. But otherwise, a great hotel which i highly recommend."

"Our stay at Adiya Signature Hotel was nothing short of magical, and I cannot thank the incredible team enough for making my partner’s 50th celebration so unbelievably special. From the very moment I booked, Vukasim was absolutely exceptional. He went above and beyond to help me plan every detail of the trip and made the whole experience feel effortless and exciting from the start. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his communication, kindness, and genuine care were outstanding. He made sure the room was beautifully prepared and truly transformed it into something so special and memorable for such an important occasion. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does, and his attention to detail and personal touches made all the difference to us. He played such a huge part in making this celebration unforgettable, and I honestly cannot thank him enough. A huge thank you as well to Mia at the front desk, who was always so warm, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She made us feel so welcome from the very beginning. And of course, we have to mention Lucas — the cocktails were absolutely outstanding (you MUST try the Juliet!), and he also makes a wicked coffee! What made the experience even more special was seeing how passionate he is about his job. His energy, creativity, and genuine enthusiasm shine through in everything he does, and it was such a pleasure chatting with him each day. People like Lucas create the kind of atmosphere that makes guests never want to leave. The management at Adiya Signature Hotel are incredibly lucky to have such a wonderful team. Every single person we met made us feel genuinely cared for, and their warmth and professionalism made our stay unforgettable. It was an absolute joy to stay here, and we will treasure these memories forever. We cannot wait to return!"

"The place is small but mightier in the service they provide. Aesthetically appealing. Staff were very lovely, kind, courteous and understood the assignment. My friends and I paid extra for the massage service which I will do again as the lady who attended to us knew her onions(she is very good… thank you again😊). I rode a bicycle after almost 20years, this was free🤩 Downside for us was that “Jacuzzi wasn’t included in the booking”. We didn’t know about this as it was not stated online prior to making the booking and it was part of the reason we chose the place. Information and reviews I read sort of says you have free access to jacuzzi but it is not so however, we expressed our concern regarding this and they where thoughtful enough to allow us use it as a welcome/thank you note from the management.❤️ On behalf of my friends and I, we enjoyed the service/this place."

"My husband and I stayed at Hotel Forza Terra for 3 nights recently and loved it! We paid more to have the prime water view and it was totally worth it! Service is top notch, drinks and food great and room extremely comfortable. From a location perspective we found it perfect. It is a 40 minute or so walk to historic Kotor but it is super nice to be away slightly from all the hub bub. It was peaceful and felt very luxurious. The views are outstanding as well. Parking available on site. Highly recommend!"

"Modern, clean, high standard, bay view accommodation. Ample parking. Attentive, friendly& helpful staff. Breakfast buffet and inclusive a la carte options. 10 mins walk to bay front / supermarkets / bakery (does pizza). Mixed bag of bay front bars and restaurants (Babilon and kanobo Boko best for us). Limited public beach space - can pay for sun bed sets at beach bars - circa 20 euros - not great food reviews. Kotor easily reached by car - parking can be an issue in Kator (parking Benovo seems to be best option - may need to queue to get in first thing in the morning / peak meal times - but very cheap. Great base. Good bast to explore"

Hotel Palazzo del Mare - Essenza
"The hotel's location is very good and not far from Old Town. It is a small boutique hotel and staff were friendly all but one, the bookings Manager Grazier (not sure if that is how you spell it). Be careful when you book a double room with a sea view because the photos on their website are misleading. It is more like a 'partial sea view' as the view when you look out is of the next building and only when you come out on the balcony and turn right is when you see the sea. In my opinion it should not be advertised as 'sea view' but 'partial sea view'. Nevertheless we asked to speak to Grazier the Manager and was told we should go find him around the beach area. We could not find him and finally met him the day before we were due to checkout. He was rude and asked us why we had not paid for the booking (apparently the receptionist should take payment on check-in but she did not ask us) and when we explained he made us feel like we were going to run away without paying. We paid the bill as we felt pressurised and bullied but his answer to my issue was blunt and he said that it was a sea view. He has no idea of customer service and is the downfall to the hotel's reputation. Nicholas the Beach Bar Manager was polite and friendly and gave good customer service. The bar staff Savo and Georgo were super attentive and friendly and gave great service. Breakfast is minimal and a small room so if busy you may have to wait for a table."

"Excellent. Superb view and access to the sea. 15 min drive to Kotor which is one of the finest old towns in the world. Only negative is narrow road for access but off street parking is available. Russian managed though very friendly and helpful."
