"Good facilities. The Kids at the hotel were running around the until 1am in the morning, we were woken up several times during the night. Kids screaming and running along the corridor was very disturbing, we reported it to the reception, but there was no improvement. I wouldnt recommend it if you have an early start."

"They were very helpful at the reception. We got to Doncaster 3hours early and we were still checked in before the checking in time. My extra requests were granted and the room was very comfortable for us. The heating was on and I was offered extra. I will definitely be staying here anytime I’m in Doncaster and will try other holiday inn in other cities."

"The first impression is always the most important to begin any stay at a hotel , regardless of budget or luxury. On checking in or should I state trying to check in was absolutely dreadful. This getting any guest back up , stood with luggage to checkin on a simple 2 room reservation under the same surname and paid in that name should be straight forward. But on this occasion the receptionist was finding it difficult to do. Simply stating only one room is booked! I knew this was incorrect as I had paid for 2 rooms both in our surname. Rudely she continued to hold a conversation with a colleague in another room from her reception chair! Dismissive of our conversation and concern of the 2nd room. She merely stated it was booked in what must be another name and to think about it. I was horrified as I knew both are same surname, she then laughed after us giving various intials , it wasn’t funny rather embarrassing to me personally. Then said that’s the one after going through all the surname initials . I booked and paid so what was the problem? Eventually got given key card , no verbal room numbers or apology. No tea or milk in room had to go ask. On returning key card would not work. Total nightmare!"

"WE HAD A FRIDGE The toilet sit had some soap smudge on it and initially thought is something else but if foamed when tried to clean it (I always have sanitizer with me as is only human to miss a spot and do a mistake. Didn't kill me cleaning that myself. Housekeeping job ain't easy. Bless you all. Just keep a better eye to avoid Karen type❤️) The receptionists were all friendly and happy to assist me with both check in and check out. We absolutely loved our room and the view was magnificent. The dawn was heavenly seen from our window❤️ What I loved the most was the fact that in the room we had a FRIDGE. Many hotels don't have that anymore and imagine having a room without a fridge with this heatwave going on 🥵 I will attach a photo with our beautiful view🤩 This hotel will be my top choice whenever I'll need a room around the area. Clean room, clean hallway, clean reception area. Please keep an eye for the accessible rooms. Read all description and detail before booking as they have special rooms for people with a health condition and the room will have some things at a low level to the ground. Will be your fault for not choosing the right room not the hotel's as you need to read description always. Don't take it out to the staff for your own mistake😊 Seen a lot complaining about that, as I've seen also about the rooms accessible and didn't understand the term initially, until I went through the details. After reading the details I knew exactly what room I need to book and what would not be convenient for me🙌 Bless you all and hope this review will be of help to some of you at least 😊"
