The bathroom toilet area is frosted glass so no privacy, be mindful if booking with anyone other than a partner. The staff were nice, parking was expensive."

The parking lot is large and they offer valet service. The lady who parked my car was the most enthusiastic hotel staff member I encountered on this trip!"

Everything is very tidy, room cleaning is only available upon request, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. 🤗 The breakfast is very varied, with a large selection of breads and rolls, hot and cold dishes, and, most importantly, good coffee."

As a Gold status customer, I received neither the upgrade nor the welcome gift in January – and the hotel was only half empty. It's manageable, but when they advertise so heavily and then fail to deliver, it's pretty embarrassing."

"The hotel location is a bit tricky. I thought it would be inconvenient to use without a car. I booked a large room because of the baby, but it was very spacious. There was a queen-size bed and two single beds. I requested a crib when I booked, but the hotel said they didn't accept that request. They did provide a crib, though. The water was really hot. There were two sinks, which was convenient. I don't know how to use the sauna in the basement. There was no one managing it, and there were no towels. I thought I should wear my swimsuit, put on the robe provided in the room, and bring my own towel, but I ended up not using it. The breakfast was average. It was a European breakfast with nothing special to offer."

"We spent a very nice sauna evening in the resort. The operator was very premature and friendly. The drinking bar also has a good offer. You can also book the sauna facility as a non-hotel guest online. This is very comfortable with fire ovens and sauna basins inside and outside the building. We are very happy to come back!"

"I’d give it 5 stars except for the fact that I dropped my luggage off in the morning, planning to return after dinner to check in. Well after 5 you need your room key to get into the property and after 10pm you have to be let in by the parent hotel a few blocks away. I get that this is cheaper than having a 24/7 person on duty but I didn’t even have a room key so I couldn’t even get in to see the notice about the sister property. A bit odd but once you are aware of the procedures it’s a very nice hotel."

"The hotel is very modern. Parking is available directly in front of the hotel for €12 per 24 hours, and there's also an underground parking garage for only slightly more. It's about a 30-minute walk to Dresden's Old Town. A train station is just a few meters away. The option of a free late check-out was fantastic. The breakfast selection was good and perfectly adequate."
