"We arrived easter sunday and on arrival realised we had booked the wrong night! This was no problem to the receptionist who quickly sorted a room for us at no extra cost. The restaurant was not open as it was Easter Sunday, she advised nearest open restaurant, 5 mins drive. We had been driving all day, it was raining, we asked if maybe we could order a takeaway and eat in the bar area, this was no problem and she set a table and arranged a pizza delivery. We really appreciated this making our stopover easy. Breakfast next day full of choice and fresh, plenty of staff to help and due to being public holiday we were advised the closet pay at pump petrol station so we could continue our journey. Tulip was one of 3 hotels we stayed at during our road trip and the one we would definitely return to if we are in Turin again."

"Arriving in Turin, you go to Rivoli or Rivalta. In the first municipality, you pay a tourist tax, while in the second, it's not. A nice hotel, a little expensive compared to its competitors, but with great potential. There's no disabled access ramp, but there's a parking space. It's strange not to find even one double bed out of two; why a sofa bed? The staff is a bit inexperienced. The breakfast room is completely self-service."
