Superb location, right opposite Dubai Mall, walkable distance. However, staff friendliness is so-so. Breakfast is ok. We especially didn’t like frequently being asked if we wanted their taxi service when we’re waiting for normal taxi. There’s also no fridge in the room.. unbelievable

the hotel offers great services with friendly staff. The daily cleaning and room services are a plus, although it's good to know that you need to ask for toiletries. The easy booking and check-out process is convenient, and it's great that they are flexible with early check-ins. The location seems ideal, being in the center of everything and within walking distance to Dubai Mall, the metro station, and easily accessible transportation like taxis. The restaurant inside, Fridays, has friendly staff and serves a good breakfast. The supermarket has all the basic needs, although it doesn't offer alcoholic drinks. Overall, it sounds like a positive experience!

It is a good hotel, although it was very late when we arrived that night, it was still very good reception, but the hair dryer was broken that night, and finally the hotel was replaced. But the requested slippers did not arrive. Call the front desk in the next few days, everything needed was delivered in time, and the attitude was very good, thank you very much. The hotel is well located with a swimming pool and beautiful public areas. Good price, highly recommend this hotel.

CITY PREMIER HOTEL APARTMENTS - Dubai *Location: (5/5) about 5mins walk from the station (Business Bay Station). 12-15AED taxi ride from Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa. *Reception/Check-in: (1/5) We arrived early, like 7am, and asked if we could leave our luggage as we explore the city. The hotel's official check-in is at 3pm. We were told they'll have a room ready before 3pm so we can come back around 12pm. Which we did. Past 12pm, I spoke with the same male receptionist in the morning and was told to wait as they prepared our room. And we waited. WE WAITED TILL 3PM! We wasted more than 2 hours waiting at the lobby! We had no problem coming back after 3 pm. I understand you're busy. I get it that locals have to be catered first. BUT don't tell your guests they can check in before the official time if you can't deliver. As a paying customer, IT IS ABSOLUTELY, NOT COOL. *Room: (4/5) It is spacious. 2 toilets, a washer, full kitchen. The bathroom is a bit old, but clean. The room has an IRONING BOARD, BUT NO IRON. Adapter is available upon request at the reception. They refill your bottled water in the room and make the room every day, which is a plus. *RESTAURANT: (4/5) Breakfast was OK. The staff were GREAT! They were attentive to all guests not only to selected guests. KUDOS to the crew at the restaurant. *AMENITIES: (3/5) Too bad we had limited time in Dubai. We weren't able to make use of their pool and sauna. It's on another building (parking area) accessible through a bridge. The staff were accommodating and allowed us to check the area.

I chose this newly opened hotel in Business Bay for a business trip. I really like the decoration of the room! Breakfast and dinner were very good~ but the smell in the room was a bit too big, so the price was not high

We booked a staycation in Dubai to celebrate my birthday, hoping to enjoy some quality time together with my sister. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Mr. Rodel, who assisted us with our luggage. He was extremely polite and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the very start. However, our experience at the reception during check-in was extremely disappointing. When we approached Mr. Abdelrahman at the front desk, he requested our IDs. I provided my Emirates ID since the room was booked under my name. Unfortunately, my sister had forgotten her physical ID and asked if an electronic copy would suffice. He immediately said, “No.” She explained that she had forgotten her ID, and I asked what we should do since we had travelled all the way from Abu Dhabi. I asked if they would accept me but not my sister, what would be the point? His response was once again a firm, “No, we need a physical ID. We cannot do anything about that.” Despite our efforts to explain the situation, he remained unyielding, insisting that only I would be accepted and not my sister. I was extremely frustrated and disappointed, so I requested to speak with the manager. Abdelrahman continued with the check-in process without further engagement. When the manager arrived, he explained that while the protocol does indeed require physical IDs, they would make an exception this time. My sister acknowledged that it was her mistake not to bring her physical ID, but the way Abdelrahman handled the situation was far from satisfactory. His repeated refusals, without offering any alternative solutions, were disappointing—especially considering this is a 5-star hotel. Proper customer service, particularly in the hospitality industry, involves more than just saying “No.” It requires understanding, empathy, and a willingness to assist guests to the best of one’s ability. After check-in, we were assisted by Mr. Choi, who helped us with our bags and escorted us to our room. His professionalism and courteous demeanour were a complete contrast to our earlier experience. Mr. Choi, along with Mr. Rodel, Mr. Gaurav, and Mr. Rozaldo, truly stood out during our stay. They were all incredibly helpful, polite, and welcoming, and they deserve recognition for their excellent customer service. Overall, our stay was pleasant, but the check-in experience left a negative impression. I hope the front desk staff receive further training in customer service, particularly in terms of empathy and problem-solving. A simple “No” is not the answer to every situation, especially when guests are looking for assistance.

I really enjoyed Dubai and as usual I booked ibis hotel in Dubai as well . Convenient place for most tourists attraction places such as Dubai mall , financial centers, Emirates tower , Dubai future museum , Abu Dhabi …. Friendly staff ( Grace , yin )😻😻

Super stays à l'hôtel élément al Jaddaf, l'accueil est très conviviale, l'hôtel est propre, avec toutes les équipements nécessaires. L'hôtel dispose de 3 types de chambres: Studio avec la possibilité de 2 lits doubles. Apartments with 1 bedroom and a living room (2 bathroom) always 2 double beds. And finally, apartments 2 beds, (2 bathroom, sleeping possibility at 8). All rooms are equipped with a large refrigerator, washing machine, gasinery and all the kitchen equipment, hot and even vacuum washing equipment is also available a TV team of the chromecast to connect from its phone. The green line metrou is 5 minutes walking distance with the possibility of being put on a shuttle in front of the metro. The hotel is equipped with an open sports room 24h/24 and a swimming pool on the open roof up to 20h. Breakfast is varied (fresh fruit, eggs, juice, coffee, flavour, cheese, charcuterie) The hotel also has a shuttle available every day who will depose you at: - Dubai mall (7-10min) - The sea (strand) - Metro el Jaddaf (2min) There are several timetables for departure and return, it is not necessary to book the shuttle for use. I thank you very much, ANSARI who welcomed us with kindness and has always been available. We had travelled 15 days in Dubai er we made several hotels (to the Marina, in the center) but we returned here because we feel like at home!

Nice location close to the city but still enjoy a bit of quiet time. Super spacious rooms is a big plus.
