"This is a hot spring facility located in Shinshinotsu, which also houses a roadside station and a hotel. The hot springs cost 700 yen for adults. The facility is a comfortable size, with a washing area for about 10 people, an indoor bath, sauna, cold bath, and an open-air bath (larger than the indoor bath). Amenities are provided, so you can enjoy a bath with just a towel. The hot spring water is a sodium chloride strong saline spring (weakly alkaline, hypertonic, high-temperature spring) and is said to be "free-flowing from the source" without being heated, which made me feel incredibly warm. After my bath, there was a relaxation area where I could even lie down on the tatami mats."

"Anyway, it's very convenient because it's right in front of the station, which was helpful since it was snowing all over. The room had shampoo, conditioner, body and face soap, hair dryer, cassette drip coffee maker (100 yen per cup), electric kettle, small refrigerator, and cups. The shampoo etc. from DHC was good. There were no spoons or stirrers, so I went to the front desk to take pictures. The ice cream melted because the refrigerator didn't work well. They did a great job of shoveling the snow, and the staff were all very friendly and made my stay a pleasant one. The price is low and I recommend it."

"I think it was very good. It's a hot spring facility, so I understand that it's inevitable since a lot of people come, but there was an unpleasant smell, perhaps foot odor, near the entrance to the bath, which bothered me. Other than that, it didn't feel dirty, which was nice. The outlet on the desk in my room didn't work at all, so I ended up not being able to use it, but they came to fix it right away, which was nice. They also moved the coffee machine to the bedside so I could have coffee. Thank you for your help."

"This newly opened hotel boasts excellent facilities. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. There's free ground-level parking available in the plaza surrounding the hotel, making access very convenient. Within about 500 meters, you'll find second-hand shops, department stores, supermarkets, and pharmacies, making shopping and dining very easy. The breakfast is more substantial than typical offerings, and the hot springs are very clean. It's definitely worth staying here again on my next business trip."
