"I used this hotel for a relative's funeral. Its location near the train station was very convenient. The front desk staff were very kind, the room was clean, and the amenities provided next to the front desk were appreciated. However, the lack of a wake-up call was disappointing. There was an alarm clock in the room, but it didn't go off, perhaps due to my incorrect settings. Even so, overall, having a hotel of that quality in that location is very convenient."

"I made a reservation online, but because I didn't know how to do it properly, I ended up making three reservations! I asked the hotel staff to cancel my reservation, but in the end, I was convinced that calling was the most reliable option. I guess it's best for seniors not to try things they're not used to! Even if I canceled, there was no refund (on trip.com), so it ended up being a high tuition fee. The hotel staff were very friendly. I only stayed one night, but it was a homely experience, and I hope to stay again if I have the chance. However, there was a step in the room, so I was careful not to trip."
