"Because we were afraid of the 6.1 magnitude earthquake, we didn't stay at the hotel and checked out early. Heeding the warning not to enter our homes, we cut our vacation short and returned home. Unfortunately, when we requested a refund from the hotel for the day we didn't stay, we were met with a negative response. According to them, it was our choice whether to stay at the hotel during the earthquake. People waited outside in fear for hours, unable to enter their homes. I wish money weren't the only thing you cared about."

"We took the caravan option, so many other options available ,the place is tidy spot clean and well invested in , breakfast is the best we have tasted in all our previous stays, the kitchen lady is adorable, the pets on the premises are adorable , soo much to see, farm with farm animals plus horses, everyone was too friendly and hospitable they ecen decorated the place for us for our anniversary so thoughful , the place is a 16 km drive through the woods, road to location is unpaved , for a more relaxing enjoyable drive try renting a manual car or a jeep ,try to reach the destination during day light for an easier drive ,not at late hours ,we left during rain and fog weather and it was still safe . We definitely loved that place !"

"After driving thru busy tourist side of downtown area, while trying to find this hotel I had my doubts. It is located in the neighborhood area, front looking at the big road. But the moment we arrive we received nothing but friendly staff. Very Clean, friendly, quiet hotel, easy wifi access. Room was very clean, had a small fridge, kettle for coffee and tea. Nice breakfast was served from 8:15 until 10:45, staff were again very friendly staff. This downtown area was more local oriented, had plenty restaurants and markets and etc and 5 minutes walk from our hotel. Hotel has plenty parking as well. Definitely can recommend."
