"Overall, the hotel is really beautiful. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and tidy. The location is perfect, right on the beach, and the thermal pool is large and spotlessly clean. The front desk staff, especially Mr. Cumhur, is very attentive, friendly, and helpful in every way. However, we were very disappointed with the food. We asked for fried eggs for breakfast; they were practically swimming in oil, overcooked, and inedible. Dinner was a complete fiasco. First of all, it took a long time for water to arrive at the table; in any restaurant, glasses should be full when guests are seated. We ordered carpaccio and ravioli as starters, and New York steak and beef skewers as main courses. The carpaccio came with mustard sauce, which wasn't listed on the menu, and this should definitely be mentioned. The starters and main courses arrived at the same time, while the ravioli was delayed and brought after the main course. The New York steak was overcooked and rubbery, and the beef skewers were tough and inedible. We sent the meats back. The hotel is generally very nice, the service and cleanliness are excellent; but the kitchen definitely doesn't live up to this quality. We'll see if they charge for the food when we check out; I will update my review if there are any improvements."

"Worst Hotel in Türkiye. Although pleasantly received at reception, that was as good as it got. Other than simply to say we enjoyed most times on the beach on a glorious sunny day. Torture was to come almost Guantanamoesque music played all night when tried to sleep. Breakfast was adequate as was the room. We were driving through Türkiye so luckily stayed 1 night only That was enough for us & were pleased when we drove off I guess we should have been warned if not provided alternative room but the management had no desire to ease the pain, so it gets my terrible rating. I would not recommend this Hotel but if you are young/high on adrenalin/no time or need for sleep this the place for you. Research area before you book Beach area is beautiful & abundance restaurants around to enjoy"
