"Unfortunately, we didn't really enjoy it... :( - Breakfast: everything was there, good coffee, overall okay - Snacks and lunch: same salads and always two soups, always sausage/cheese and a changing selection of cakes, also okay - Dinner: too little choice of main courses for our taste, same salads, soups, one changing dessert, otherwise always the same ice cream, children's food... well, we always had fries, and then chicken nuggets or fish sticks or meatballs, pasta with sauce was always available but our kids didn't like it (but that's down to our children) - Pools: the outdoor one was quite cold and almost never empty, so the indoor pool was quite overcrowded with 24 people!! The whirlpool inside only worked on the first day, no water slide or baby splash area, a shame for a children's hotel - Service was nice and friendly - Room: was a highlight, comfortable beds, great view, unfortunately the lady's dog who showed us to our room immediately peed on the carpet, that's really awful!!! even though it was quickly cleaned up After cleaning the carpet with the cleaning spray was wiped away, it was disgusting... The room was handed over at 3 pm, which is fine as described, but it would be a great bonus to be able to go in 45 minutes earlier without paying. We had to wait even though it was definitely ready because it was wet inside from the rain, as the balcony door had been open for a long time. Unfortunately, there was no shelf in the shower, which was a bit of a problem with back pain. The bathtub would be great if the whirlpool jets were clean and repaired when they were turned off; you could scrape the paint off, and we couldn't let our children bathe in it. Childcare was actually the most disappointing aspect for us. One woman (my daughter thought her name was Natalia or something like that?) was very friendly and immediately started doing crafts with the children. Another woman, also very friendly, explained everything to us, but the other two women and the men just sat on the small bench talking amongst themselves. Sometimes there were four adults in the room with no children, and when a child arrived, they weren't even acknowledged. We're used to much better service. The staff's friendliness was certainly understandable. The kids' club was lacking; it didn't seem particularly modern, and some of the staff were simply uninviting. Unfortunately, our children didn't want to stay. We've had better playgrounds in hotels. One of our children got a splinter in their foot on the terrace, so walking barefoot there was definitely not recommended. Children blocking the elevator and pressing the button on every floor... that's something that should be supervised. The basement felt quite old and dark; the air down there was sometimes unbearable. I can't imagine what it's like in the soft play area during winter. The interactive table never worked, or rather, it didn't have any programs for children. Otherwise, it felt bare. What's the point of three magnets on a board? The cinema was more of a TV room with a slightly larger TV and seating and reclining options."

"What a lovely stay it is here.. lovely beds, great room, lovely people.. cozy little bar to catch up on the day together.. delicious sandwich service.. the ski bus stops right outside the door but it is a 5-minute drive by car.. we will definitely be back!"

"Overbooked hotel! I had booked this hotel for a week-long ski holiday with my son, just like the year before, because I had enjoyed it so much. Now, upon arrival, I was faced with the huge disappointment that the hotel was overbooked. An alternative was arranged, but it was not what I had booked. The only positive thing about this hotel this holiday is that I had to eat there in the evening because of half-board… and my other hotel did not offer half-board. The staff, including a super sweet employee from Hungary whose name I do not know, Laki, and his wife Fotini, provided lovely, cozy, and delicious food. I am very grateful for that. Furthermore, I have no words to describe the immense disappointment and anger I felt upon receiving the news that I could not get a room after a booking made over half a year ago!!! And I was not the only one…"

"We stayed in apartment 6 and it was absolutely perfect. We travelled as a group of 8, ages 9 - 65 and all enjoyed thoroughly. The apartment itself was beautifully designed, very modern, comfortable and clean. Traditionally, I find swimming pools can be harsh on skin, eyes and hair but the outdoor pool here was quite the opposite, the water was nicely heated and noticeably soft so we would have bathed all day despite it only being April. We ate breakfast every morning and had one evening meal in the restaurant- it was simply delicious and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We ordered pizza to our room another night which was so relaxing and also delicious. The service was outstanding. The views were absolutely breathtaking, the snow capped mountains surrounded us everywhere we travelled and the ringing of church bells regularly was so soothing. There were plenty of excursions locally and skiing would have been still available had we wished to go but as we had two members of our party injured, we couldn't avail. We had our own car and parking was very safe and secure in a locked underground car park that only our room key could open, this was great peace of mind. Everywhere in the resort could only be opened by room key which is very reassuring. There were excellent laundry facilities, we could access with room key and it was free to use - both washer and dryer. We had our own detergent. I loved fresh fruit available at reception when we visited also. We will certainly be looking into a return visit. It was an extremely relaxing (but busy) trip in the most beautiful county. I would HIGHLY recommend this accommodation."
