"Unfortunately, the fruit plate we had booked on arrival was missing and was not delivered despite informing reception. What a pity... The afternoon buffet had already been cleared away at 4:45 p.m. on arrival and at 4:00 p.m. on the second day it was only very sparsely stocked! I don't expect or know that from 4-star hotels. Service staff very friendly"

"Central location with dream views towards Lermoos. We were in the hotel years ago, were very happy, the hotel was also re-selected this time - and were not disappointed. Family business - and this is noticeable whether at reception, breakfast or dinner. Most importantly, we had a super bike room for our ebikes. We're coming back !"

"Jeroen Stolwijk Is an excellent manager who runs this pristine 4 year old complex — practically brand new given it was opened just before COVID. Alexi at the front desk and Lucas are both warm and welcoming. There are complimentary juice bottles at the front desk and complimentary coffee downstairs in the morning. The restaurant is quite delicious including the sea bass and the Tyrol burger. "
