Fletcher Hotel-Restaurant Jagershorst-Eindhoven

"During my recent stay at your hotel, I encountered several issues that don't align with the quality and service I've come to expect from Fletcher. Upon entering my room, I found that none of the lights were working. When I reported this to the front desk, they initially doubted my claim. It was only after someone accompanied me to the room that they confirmed the fuse box had tripped. This was resolved, but it's something that should have been checked beforehand. Later that evening, I discovered that the bathroom lighting was only partially functional. As it was late, I didn't report it and went to sleep. Additionally, the bed was uncomfortable (it sagged significantly), which negatively impacted my night's rest. The next morning, in daylight, I noticed that the shower wasn't clean and still had hair from previous guests. Due to time constraints, I couldn't use it and had to wash up at the sink instead. When checking out, I mentioned these issues. The only response I received was: "I'll pass it on." I find this to be a very brief and insufficient response to multiple serious shortcomings."

"Stayed here for one night on a business trip. Rooms are farely small but all right. The Philips hue did not work but other than that good. Room was adjacent to the woods and the smell of forest was nice. Breakfast very good and various choices. Make your own eggs and waffles. Also, we had the living room booked for our dinner, very retro room and very nice. "
