…and dreadful staff. Close to Legoland, but a little off the beaten track and reasonable pricing. Target group are mainly families visiting Legoland. Best advice (except other hotel): Lock your door while you are in room ! Just checked in, dropped the luggage and was on my way to the shower when housekeeping walks in unannounced. If you have a long travel and this hotel is good opportunity to cut your trip in half. The hotel is located near the highway with a free parking. The rooms are clean, the staff is welcoming and the restaurant is nice but a bit expensive. For the breakfast a bit more choice of savory would be nice as well as better table placement to avoid crowds. If you have time a pool and a spa are available. A good experience, if you have a long trip ahead.

We stopped here on the second night of our driving trip from England to Croatia. The hotel is as basic as it gets, the room was ok but without air conditioning it was very stuffy. Our room was the closest to reception so there was a bit of noise but not too much. The breakfast was basic but ok, there was some mouldy fruit in the fruit bowl and one of the boiled eggs was completely raw. I wouldn't stay here again but it fulfilled it's purpose for us.

We enjoyed a night there and I have to say centrally located next to the motorway as a resting house with connected motel really to be called good. Eat good, service friendly, price Eat & Drinking not cheap but within the framework. Room price OK and rooms themselves are not mega modern or newly furnished but useful and it is clean. All in all right 👍and in addition not mentioned far away from Legoland 😁😉

I know a lot of reviews stated that the rooms where hot. Since the outdoor temperature during our stay was around 25 Celsius we figured - how bad can it be. Well - bad. In addition smoking is encouraged on the balcony - ash trays on every table. Window open and melt in an uncomfortably hot room or be woken up by smoke and conversations all through the night ????? People actually insisted that they weren’t loud. HAHAHA we and the other guests would not have woken up and we would not have asked you to be more considerate at 4 in the morning. Long story short - we will not be staying there again. If you need a room when it is 20 degrees Celsius outside and you smoke - go for it. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were small, but clean.

Although Maritim is a major chain in Germany as well as throughout Europe, this is the first time my wife and I stayed in one of their properties. All in all, a great hotel offering some incredible views of the Ulm Minster and the Danube. The check in was very easy with most desk clerks having various language skills. What I didn't like was how much more parking and the breakfast was added on to the stay. Still, I must say that the any breakfast offering champagne says a lot to us as we always enjoy several glasses before hitting the pavement to walk the city. We also closed out our evenings each night enjoying more wine and/or champagne. Next time, perhaps we will dine up here in the restaurant with a panorama view overlooking the Danube and the city. This place had an indoor pool; however, the water was not warm. Perhaps that was intentional to dissuade usage in this COVID environment. As Germany continues to open, I may have to start checking this chain out as we were overall impressed.
