"Lovely hotel, great facilities, lovely staff, but when it gets busy quality of service falls off a cliff. Evening food is always lukewarm, breakfast this morning got no tea or coffee, they ran out of sunbeds one day!!! So chose a quiet time it’ll be great. When busy avoid!!!"

"Although it started with a longer journey than we would have liked from the airport, we were met by Yannis at the bar. He welcomed us and took our cases up to the room. The next morning we were treated to a fabulous view of the sea, from Room 35. Overall , the room was clean and comfortable, well looked after and exceeded our expectations. I would have no problem in recommending these apartments, with sufficient sunbeds , very accomodating staff and a very enjoyable holiday. Our grateful thanks to all for their efforts."

"Extremely hospitable and helpful staff. The hotel equipment is completely new. The main restaurant has a very beautiful terrace overlooking the sea that offers a rich buffet, very good breakfast and dinner. Very beautiful view of the sea and the island of Spinalonga. Modern decoration, lots of storage space, very comfortable bedding. I highly recommend it !!!"

"What a lovely hotel with such friendly staff, they couldn't do enough for us! We stayed here as we had a family wedding in Elounda, the hotel was in a great location with the sea front just across the road. The rooms were spacious - kingsize bed plus a sofa bed for our 6 year old which was very comfortable. The rooms were cleaned daily and the cleaners were so kind and greeted our daughter every morning. We had Breakfast included, there were lots of options to choose from and the pancakes are a great addition especially for kids. We were given some fantastic local recommendations for places to visit/eat by the staff and nothing was too much trouble- the only thing that i didnt get to do was have a massage treatment because there was issue with the room at the hotel (although they did offer to transport me to a near hotel free of charge in order to have the treatment). The pool is lovely and you get towels given to you to use which is a nice touch, maybe some more loungers would be good as it can get busy with 'all inclusive' guests but we just left our stuff on the side and had a swim. Would definitely stay here again, ευχαριστούμε πολύ!"

"A very good stay overall in a beautiful, quiet setting right on the water. It's a high-end resort and fairly secluded, which made it relaxing, but keep that in mind if you'd rather be close to restaurants and town. The food was the weak spot. It was fine but not great, and I expected a bit more given the price. Comfortable, well kept, and worth it if you're after quiet luxury and don't mind being a little out of the way."

"From the moment we arrived, (late at night !) to the moment we left, we were made to feel welcome and at home. We has an apartment on the second floor with a view over the sea which was gorgeous. The apartment itself was simple but incredibly clean and well equipped, with the cleaners coming daily. Nikos is a wonderful host, and was always happy to give us recommendations and advice. The apartments are a lovely 5 minute walk into the town which is full of great cafes and restaurants, and a 5 minute drive to Kolakitha Beach - a beautiful gem of a beach (although not on a Sunday when all the locals go and it becomes very crowded.) The bar in the hotel is calm and tranquil and all the staff go out of their way to look after you. We were only there for a week, but I would happily return and really hope that we will. "
