"The hotel is technically state-of-the-art. Very clean, practical, and centrally located if you want to travel from Eschborn to Frankfurt or have business in Eschborn. You could even order a meal at 4:00 AM (they had meatballs). The self-checkout kiosk is also a good feature. I can recommend the breakfast, as well as the coffee. Things that didn't go so well: I booked a premium room (30 sq m including a queen-size bed) and received a small room with a double bed, as well as bed linen and towels for one person, even though I had booked for two people. Since I was arriving alone on the day of arrival, I kept it for the time being because it was already late. The next morning, I went to reception to inquire about the room. They told me they weren't sure if that was correct and that it would probably be okay as it was, and that they would at least bring me the bed linen and additional towels for the second person later. ... When I later returned to the room with my partner, there was no extra set of bed linens or towels. We had to share everything and kept falling out of bed because the beds had shifted slightly. All in all, we still had a great stay at the Niu Belt and would book it again."

"One positive aspect is the hotel's location and the comparatively affordable price for a stay, which is certainly a plus for Eschborn. Additionally, there are free parking spaces available over the weekend, which is convenient since the parking garage would otherwise cost a staggering 19 EUR per day. Another advantage is the good shopping options nearby, so you're not dependent on the hotel breakfast. Unfortunately, these positive aspects barely save the day. The rooms are in a deplorable condition—almost disgusting. It seems like they haven’t been renovated for over 10 years. Offering rooms in such a state to guests is simply unacceptable and a strong reason to avoid this hotel in the future. Sticky furniture surfaces, outdated and obsolete TV sets, chipped walls, damaged furniture, and a shower that desperately needs descaling—all of this makes you feel uncomfortable. It feels like the hotel has been abandoned, with the owners just trying to squeeze out the last bit of revenue. The air conditioning, which produced more noise than cooling, added to the negative experience. The only remedy was to open the windows, which wasn't ideal either. And this wasn't just a one-off issue: after rejecting the first room on the 3rd floor due to its condition, the replacement room on the 5th floor was no better. In the end, we left a day early because we simply didn’t feel comfortable."

"This hotel has small rooms and even smaller bathrooms.If you go for double occupancy, it would probably be dificult for both of you to open your suitcases at the same time. Its clean. Location is very close to railway station but still quiet, especially if you are taking a room towards the backside of the hotel. Breakfast is very nice. Staff is friendly. There is a small desk in the room if you need to work. However if there is an exhibition or fair in town its crazy expensive. I like to stay here and have been here many times. Be aware that Eschborn is without any charm and really boring. Some call it Eschboring! So don't spend your honeymoon here :)"

"This hotel is in a great location. Not far from the highway to Frankfurt and close to a business park with DM, Aldi, Lidl and other shops. You can go for jogging around the hotel or for a nice Thai dinner in a walking distance. The staff is nice and attentive in the hotel. The breakfast is okay but not too rich. The rooms are small but well equipped. The bathroom is nice as well. Free Wifi at a good speed is available and several programs on TV. The bar/restaurant looks also nice. The offer a wide range of dishes. It is not a 5 star hotel, but for this low price it is worth to stay here. What I missed was a fridge or minibar and a fitness room or swimming pool in the hotel. Parking spaces are available in a garage direkt next to the hotel and in front of the hotel."

There was an additional deck and even a water cooker available. Personal was super friendly and compared to the big hotels it feels really familiar.
