Wyndham Mallorca Portocolom Resort ★★★
"Great stay and received az excellent service. Room was clean and great location to the bay. Recommend."
Petit Hotel Hostatgeria Sant Salvador ★★★
"Amazing place lovely romm friendly staff"
Grupotel Club Cala Marsal Nature Hotel ★★★★
"Renovated hotel.close to beach. Staff are helpful and nice"
Barefoot Hotel Mallorca ★★★★★
"It's excellent; I think it's the best hotel in Mallorca for a vacation. The atmosphere is comfortable, the service is warm, and the food is plentiful."
Hostal Residencia San Francisco ★★★
"Most awful horrendous disgusting place I've ever stayed at. The pictures online are very misleading. It doesn't fit basic health and safety regulations. It's the kind of place that you'd find in a Stephen King book. 2 broken fans, a broken light, bumpy mattresses on wooden planks, it stinks of dampness, it hasn't been renovated for at least 40 years. Extremely overpriced, I paid 175 euros for 2 nights and left after just 1 night. I'm going to issue a complaint to the local authorities since I can't actually believe they're allowed to operate as a hotel."
Agroturisme Ca'n Gaia ★★★★
"This hotel is housed in a traditional Mallorcan house, yet it's luxurious. It's a place where you can fully experience the traditional atmosphere. The hotel also has a nice pool, making it a great choice for families. For nearby sightseeing and shopping, a car is required."
Residence Mallorca Cecilia ★★★
"Great location. The reception staff are super helpful. It's good value for money. No luxury here, but a nice base for exploring the area during the day. The sofa bed isn't very comfortable; we asked for a second mattress to make it more comfortable. Free parking right next door. Otherwise, it costs €15."
JS Cape Colom - Adults Only ★★★
"This hotel was excellent. All the staff including cleaner and all bar and restaurant staff were all very pleasant. Very clean hotel. Food was varied every day and cooked and presented beautifully. Will definitely be going back in the future."
Hostal Hpc Porto Colom ★★★
"Just there for food, not staying in the hotel - started off well, good food - a wee hiccup with the order but we didn’t mind that at all as that’s easily done. Following delivery of our main course we became invisible - no drinks, no service, zero manners from the staff. We sat with empty main course plates for 45 minutes, unable to get further drinks or a dessert. When we finally got someone she was incredibly rude and STILL did not bring dessert menus. She was obviously just keen to tidy up and go home. We gave up, paid and left as she laughed with her colleagues. I would never recommend this place to anyone based on the service alone. Everywhere else in Portocolom was incredibly welcoming as well as having great food. This was our experience- you might have a better one with nicer servers, the food was good so this was really disappointing and put a downer on our evening."

MarSenses Ferrera Blanca Hotel Family
"This is the 5th time we have visited this hotel, the location is great, the entertainment team and staff are brilliant. The hotel has split into 2 since we last came but didn’t affect the parts we use and enjoy with a young child. The only negative was the food has gone downhill since we last came, it used to be very good but this is now not the case. We spoke to many other families who have been multiple times too and had the same thoughts. Hopefully feedback will improve this. It would also be helpful to have signs/guidance/information on arrival that no inflatables are allowed in any of the pools as so many families buy them for their children and they aren’t allowed much to the disappointed of the children. The fun police regular patrol and ask you to remove them."
Orange Colom - Seaside Apartments
"We loved everything about this hotel! Came here after staying at another place amd regreted that we did not book this hotel forvour whole stay. The rooms are spacious, equiped with everything you might need for your holiday. The view is fantastic. We were firstly afraid that pool is too small, but it is perfect size with enough lounges for everyone. Beautiful beach walking distance, bakery + Spar with necessities are very close. Nice restaurants in the neighborhood and also in harbor - takes few minutes to walk there. Martina at reception super nice and helpful. Overall - we could not recommend this place enough. This hotel is a gem."
Agroturismo Fincahotel Son Pou
"I want to start by saying that the woman who runs this hotel is very kind and tries her best to make everything good for the guests. Unfortunately, her husband is the complete opposite—rude, childish, and very disrespectful. We made an agreement with the manager to stay at the pool for an extra hour until 1:30 PM because our flight was delayed. She agreed without any problems since the next guests were not arriving until 5 PM. But then her husband came to the pool and started yelling at us, telling us to leave immediately. His behavior was shocking and completely unacceptable, ruining what could have been a nice experience. They really need to control him, or they should stop running a hotel. While the woman and the hotel itself are good, I cannot recommend this place because of the terrible way we were treated. No one should have to go through this on their vacation. Avoid this hotel if you don’t want your stay to be ruined by his bad behavior. Trip type"

Robinson Cala Serena
"Amazing resort, brilliant helpful staff, great food including lots of gluten free options (great allergen labelling), beautiful location - 10/10. Most people are German at the resort, so is being from the UK it was nice not to hear English voices for a while!"
JS Portocolom Suites
"We Arrived at this hotel around 10pm on Weds 20th May. check in was swift & first impressions were really high. Lovely clean modern looking hotel & rooms, quiet, and peaceful!! There were 4 small welcomed complimentary bottles of water in mini fridge & pool bar was luckily still open. However, things went down hill from there. I highly recommend that if you are going to be staying at this hotel in the next few days or weeks, and wanting to sleep in later than 7am & wanting to use the hotels pool facilities and being able to fully relax, I would suggest finding an alternative location unless you like the sound of very loud disruptive construction noise (such as drilling and digging by a huge digger) all day long until nearly 5:45pm. Not the hotels fault but something that is highly unacceptable and we should have been made aware of before checking in. And will be logging a complaint with jet2 holidays. Thursday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (morning we left) this noise & work carried on. We complained to reception on Thursday but was told there was nothing they can do & was down to the local council. Spoke with jet2 & was told it was urgent works but it didn’t seem that urgent if they could stop for the Fri- sun in between. Same first full day we were by the pool & had taken a can of drink to have. A very miserable lifeguard came over to say you’re not allowed outside drinks. I said ok, will know for next time. Instead of me wasting said drink I continued to finish it but again was confronted with such rudeness that I cannot drink it & should drink it elsewhere. I couldn’t believe how rude this guy was. I reported this to reception, but again no acknowledge from management. There is a letter to management in the room I had filled in about the issues so hopefully these will be addressed. Service at pool bar could be quite slow at times. And I was served after some Spanish people even though I had been at the bar waiting ages before them. This really infuriated me. A second time we stayed for lunch, a burger came out 8 minutes before any other food we had ordered so I took it back to the bar and asked for it to be fresh with the rest of the order but I still received the same one as it was obviously the same bun! Restaurant service also slightly lacking. One round of drinks before you eat and then sent the bill over, food very repetitive and some nights very under whelming. And some questionable cooking of meat products a few that looked a bit raw/ rare for my liking but some parts of it were tasty & was always something I liked if not that much choice. Breakfast also same offering each day. But always something to enjoy. Shout out to Maurice the entertainer. The kids loved him. He did a great aqua aerobics class & the pool was full & made light of the construction noise for half hour. Also my son, who is neuro diverse sat with him for at least 2 hours drawing & playing chess, very grateful to him for letting him hyper focus on these"
Smy Portocolom
"Firstly, photos on Trip Advisor are very old. Hotel is totally different, and split over 3 locations (close). Restaurant is over the road in the building I assumed I was staying in but there are 2 buildings. Pools on different locations to main hotel. We were half board and had a ‘small’ junior suite with a sea view. Be aware hotel is quite a distance to walk to anywhere, we hired a car. Local restaurants are expensive and reservation only. Nowhere local for lunch or drinks although hotel have a small lunch menu at a cost! A bar at main pool but no food. Drinks were expensive! Breakfast was ok but held indoors with no air conditioning. Lunch was held outside in downstairs restaurant. Evening meal indoors. So hot, full sun and staff refused to open windows. Apparently air conditioning had broken down in all communal areas! for the 2 weeks we stayed. Air conditioning unit leaked massively in our room which engineer tried to fix, without success. Water made our room door swell so very difficult to close. Rooms cleaned everyday. Also seemed very short staffed in all areas. Pools were lovely but queues at 10am to get a sun-bed!! activities offered in afternoon, should’ve been morning really. Reception staff were great, as were restaurant staff. Felt sorry for them in the extreme heat. Be aware if you are half board, alcohol is nit included at dinner, only water. We were told this after 13 days there, not to touch the wine that everyone was drinking in the restaurant. No signs explaining this but a drinks menu suddenly appeared! Beach is about 20 mins walk and beach bar/restaurant is reservation only! Lovely staff and food there so book a table for lunch when you arrive at beach. Overall not a bad holiday for an ‘adults recommended’ hotel, there were children/babies there. Doesn’t meet a 4 star. Shame about air conditioning. Management should’ve been more apologetic and understanding. Local pharmacy and supermarket were 20 minute walk. Very expensive to book car rental through hotel, book yourself before you arrive. There’s a local market once a week and a local bus runs to Cala D’Or. Lots of locals come out at night so beware local restaurants are full. Parking a car is absolutely horrendous so expect to park at least 5 mins from hotel. Lastly, if you’re flying late, there’s a luggage room and was offered a shower at the spa area where we found the indoor pool was closed. (No hairdryer or towels)!"

"Gorgeous hotel with the friendliest staff. Really great area just 15-20 minute walk away from everything and a spar around every corner with everything you need. Lots of great restaurants so we didnt need to get breakfast or anything included"
