"I can honestly say it was fantastic!..With the complimentary sauna it was def worth it!..The staff were lovely and friendly..the hotel was like a mini museum..so much character!..I had a double room complimentary upgrade all to myself..little balcony too!..Plenty of hot water..lovely bathroom..slept well. I didn't have breakfast..but the lovely Christmas Market just 5min walk...train station and Flixbus Stop just 8 minute walk..buses to Lietchenstein (Vaduz) were so easy..every 30min..Feldkirch is lovely..I would def recommend!..Thankyou!!!"

"The check-in and check-out didn't work. We spent an hour trying to reach someone over the phone because there is no one working there in person. The self check-in told us that there was no reservation under my reservation number and name. Then at check-out the same story so we just left. Additionally and worst of all was the dirtiness of the room! The coffee and hot water machine were disgusting. There was still some water that hasn't apparently been touched for years probably. The water had whitish and brownish substances floating around. The coffee mugs were sticky and full of weird marks. The milk and other things were already open. The only thing clean (we hope at least) were the bedsheets."

The rooms are modern, stylishly furnished, and offer the utmost comfort – the perfect place to relax after a long day. I was particularly impressed by the conference area: technically superb, thoughtfully designed, and perfect for productive meetings or events. And the best part: the staff! I have rarely encountered such a dedicated, friendly, and attentive team. Every single employee ensures that you feel completely at ease with their warmth and professionalism.
