The room was immaculately clean. We also really appreciated the complimentary pick-up and drop-off service. The location right by the Tuojiang River is superb, and the overall environment is very pleasant. Their special services, like Miao village tours and the chance to try on traditional Miao costumes for photos, were excellent additions. We left feeling completely satisfied with our stay.

The room was nice, but the bathroom was small. The transfer driver didn't drop us off directly at the hotel. Instead, he left us at the People's Armed Forces Department during a downpour, claiming traffic congestion and telling us to wait until the rain stopped. It would have been much better if he had dropped us off right at the Quanji Hotel. As a family of three, dragging two suitcases, we were left standing in the People's Armed Forces Department's corridor for an hour, enduring cold wind and rain. The ground was slippery, it was still raining heavily, and we then had to walk another 15 minutes to reach the hotel.

The guesthouse is conveniently located near the river, although the parking area is a bit of a distance away. The owners, a couple, were incredibly warm and hospitable. My only minor observation is that both Fenghuang Ancient Town and Zhenyuan Ancient Town (having visited them on consecutive days, the contrast was quite noticeable) still have room for improvement in terms of their facilities, service, and particularly parking.
