"The rooms/facilities seem a bit dated and with basic amenities. The bed was comfortable but the pillows are a bit small and soft. If you get assigned a room on ground level, ask if you have natural light. The first room I was given had no real window - only frosted glass (probably an interior room) which made the room incredibly dark like a dungeon. After voicing this concern to the front desk, they swapped me for another room but I had to wait until that room was ready. They're currently updating their elevators so hopefully that will improve speed and efficiency for guests. Location is good; right across the street from the Convention Centre and nearby shops, restaurants, bars. And on the path by the water which is a great way to walk and explore the surroundings."

I told the front desk that they could get one from the warehouse, but no one responded to me when I checked out. The only advantage is that it is close to the commercial district."

"We arrived before check in time and were able to check in immediately as our room was ready. Dillon on the front desk was friendly and professional and quickly had our check in processed and we were off to our room. The hallways and elevators were bright and clean, any staff we met were smiling and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean, bed was very comfortable as was the furniture in our sitting area. Plenty of hot water for a nice rain shower. The Keurig coffee was a nice touch for a pre breakfast coffee. The included breakfast was all you needed with a pancake maker, boiled and scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, toast ,yogurt, cereals, etc. We definitely would not hesitate to use Best Western plus for any of our future trips."

"Breakfast buffet is below expectation. $25/person, better go to Cora's. Their set menu is just similar to complimentary breakfast given to cheaper hotels. I was expecting at least more varieties otherwise it should be free. Service is very good, and staff are friendly and accommodating. Amenities are average, the description when I booked said there was a sauna but there was none. Although they have a hot tub which is also okay. Bar is perfect, bartender and servers are awesome! Location is perfect. It's downtown and you can just walk around to places restaurants, etc."
