HOTEL KOHAKUEN ★★★
"The room was spotless and very clean."
Itoyanagi Koyado Yuwa ★★★★
"It was a very nice accommodation!"
Spa Land Hotel Naito ★★★
"Service staff were efficient, although queueing to trade your keys for your shoes slowed things down. (Understandable, because this is also a day-trip onsen, so the hotel needs to ensure all tabs are covered before letting guests go.) Facilities were old but well-maintained, although my room window couldn't be closed without force. Wide variety of baths to choose from, and convenient hours. Note that there is no shampoo, conditioner or body soap in guestrooms, as this is an onsen facility - all soaps and bath amenities are provided in the onsen area. Several onsite restaurants providing many food options, which made up for the lack of vegetarian-friendly options around the area."
Comfort Inn Kofu Isawa ★★★
"The breakfast was stylish and tasted good."
Ooedo Onsen Monogatari Hotel Shinko ★★★★
"nice place and the food is very delicious"
Beautiful Japanese Garden Kagetsu ★★★★
"A fantastic ryokan! Excellent dinner and breakfast with a variety of Japanese dishes. The open-air hot springs are truly relaxing."
Livemax Resort Isawaonsen ★★★
"I stayed here because it was rebranded in June 2026. The location was good, and the lobby was spacious. Welcome drinks, yukata (Japanese robe), hot springs, and a footbath were provided. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. The room was clean. The toilet and bathroom area were a little disappointing."
Itoyanagi ★★
"The hotel rooms are very modern and in good sanitary condition. The rooms are equipped with a massage hot spring bathtub, which makes it very convenient to take a bath in the room! The staff is very considerate, the service is attentive and thoughtful, and the food tastes super good 😋😋 I stayed for two consecutive nights and the dinner was not repeated. It was exquisite and delicious. It was very comfortable to enjoy it in a separate room The breakfast has a wide variety of options. I initially thought it was a normal buffet breakfast, but there is a designated table assigned to the room, and the food tastes good and is carefully prepared. It is a very good buffet breakfast The public hot springs are well-equipped, and you can also book a private hot spring online. It is equipped with shower facilities, which is very convenient. It is very convenient to take a bath with friends! If I have a chance, I will definitely book this hotel next time I visit the Ishiwa Onsen area😊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻"
Tabist Hotel Nizi Fuefuki Misaka ★★★
"Good room"

Hotel Fuji
"This inn is known for its buffet. While it was praised for its wide variety of dishes, it exceeded my expectations. With 10 different types of hot pot dishes alone, trying them all is absolutely impossible. I chose the Yamanashi hot pot, based on the ingredients of the popular chicken giblet stew. There were also many other thoughtfully prepared side dishes. As Yamanashi Prefecture is a fruit kingdom, the fruit was delicious."
Fujinoya Yutei
"Cospa is bad, this price is difficult to visit again."
Hotel Kasugai
"I stayed for two nights. It was comfortable and peaceful, with spacious rooms, delicious food, and polite staff. The only downside was the location, which was a bit far, but there was a shuttle bus, so it was a good choice. It was a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience."
Hotel Sekitei
"High cost performance, the room is relatively large, but I booked a garden view room, but I was given a room without a view. There is an open-air hot spring, a private bath, a bed, and a tatami."
Isawa Tokiwa Hotel
"As soon as we arrived at the hotel, two staff members came running up to us amiably and said, "Welcome to Tokiwa Hotel today..." It was the kind of service you'd expect from a high-end hotel in Tokyo! Even more than that, the service was warm. All the staff at the hotel welcomed us warmly, and in particular the male waiter who looked after us had a smile and a seasoned level of customer service that was incomparable to other hotels. He seemed to exude an aura of hospitality from his entire body. And what's different about this hotel is that they don't try to take money from you, but on the contrary, they are considerate to the smallest details and offer them free of charge, which is very much appreciated by the customers and really impressed us! I won't go into all the details here, but one thing I can say from my wife and I is that it is, without a doubt, the best hotel! It's a recommended hotel that you definitely won't regret! If you're looking for a hotel in Isawa Onsen, please give it a try. Hotel Tokiwa will make you feel the excitement that you haven't felt recently and have almost forgotten ^_^"
Hotel Route-Inn Court Kofu Isawa
"Although it was a little far from my workplace, I was able to spend a very quiet and relaxing night. I would like to use it again."
Hotel Yamanami
"Although this hot spring hotel has some history, it is well maintained. From the room or the viewing platform on the top floor, you can see a series of mountain views...beautiful! The room is well-equipped and clean. What's great is that at this price (more than a thousand Hong Kong dollars), one room and two meals are absolutely impeccable. Although the dinner was not luxurious, the tableware used was very Kaiseki style. I went to Japan three times after the full shutdown. The hot spring hotels that cost more than 3,000 yuan and stayed in are no longer the same as before. I have seen a few semi-self-service hotels with no waiters, and I am disappointed. The breakfast arrangement is Japanese style + semi-buffet, which is very good. Overall it's top-notch!"
Isawa View Hotel
"The quality is surprisingly good for the price. It's a very traveler-friendly hotel with excellent service. The facilities are a little old, but that adds to its charm. A great hotel where you can experience Showa-era retro style without any inconvenience."
Hotel Hana Isawa
"The overall evaluation of the hotel is not so good, but the day-use bathing wasn't bad. It's a 5-minute walk from Isawa Onsen Station, so you can drop in for a quick visit. Day-use bathing is available from 14:00, so I went at 14:30, and there was no one there as the hotel guests had not yet checked in, so I was able to enjoy the freshly cleaned, clean changing room and bathroom all to myself. The hot spring is of high quality, flowing directly from the hotel's own source. The bath felt like a large public bath at a public inn. The cost was around 1600 yen for a bath towel with the inn's name on it, a toothbrush set, a plastic drawstring bag, and a rental bath towel."
Hotel Hatta
"Hotel Yata (HOTEL YATA), Isawa Onsen, Yamanashi Prefecture - A two-day, one-night New Year's holiday! ~5-point rating~ Bad ⇒ Average ⇒ Good ① ② ③ ④ ⑤ 🔻 [First Appearance] ③ The hotel has a large entrance that reminds me of a hotel from the Showa era's bubble economy! 🔻 [Staff Response] ③ They came over as soon as I arrived by car, politely helped me unload my luggage from the car, and escorted me to the lobby. 🔻 [Lobby] ③ There was a small lobby directly in front of me upon entering, and it felt a little crowded. A friendly woman at reception kindly assisted me. An attendant guided me to my room while carrying my luggage. There was a pond with many beautiful Nishikigoi carp swimming around, and they sold food so I could feed them♪ 🔻 [Barrier-Free Access] ③ It was mostly accessible, but there were some small steps here and there. 🔻 [Room] ③ A very spacious and beautiful Japanese-style room with an outstanding sense of openness. 🔻 [View from the Room] ② Mountains in the distance, with only the peak of Mt. Fuji visible. The rest was the cityscape. 🔻 [Hot Springs] ④ There were two baths: a wine bath and a small private bath on a higher floor where you could soak while enjoying the view. The water was quite warm, and soaking in the fragrant reddish-purple tub was a very satisfying way to soothe my fatigue. The open-air bath was also very pleasant♪ 🔻 [Food (Dinner)] ④ We had dinner in a private room. This was the last meal of the year♪ Each dish was very stylish. There was a wide selection, including Koshu beef and crab, and they were all delicious. 🔻 [Hotel Shop] ③ The shop was small and mainly stocked local specialties and items related to Takeda Shingen. Being in Yamanashi Prefecture, there was a wide selection of Shine Muscat processed products. 🔻 [Cooking scene (breakfast)] ③ Since we visited during the New Year holidays, the breakfast scene was different from usual, with New Year's dishes that were a delight to the eyes♪ 🔻 [Seeing off on the way home] ③ We paid in the lobby, and the attendant carried our luggage to our car. Then, we had our photo taken at the entrance♪ Overall score: 3 🎉"
Kikori
"It was very nice. I liked how different types of wood were used in the building. The food was delicious, too. I'd like to go again."
Fuji Sakura Onsen Ryokan
"I made a reservation with breakfast. The white rice for breakfast is delicious. Self coffee is also ◎. The correspondence of the landlady is also wonderful. I'm a little disappointed that I can't take a morning bath, but overall the cospa is good and I'm very satisfied."
Wajoen
"The service was very attentive and considerate. The room hygiene is very good in every detail."
