Beautiful Japanese Garden Kagetsu
"this is a very unique hotel with good internal landscaping, gardening design.. the outdoor onsen is really good.. breakfast also superb..."
HOTEL KOHAKUEN
"The room was spotless and very clean."
Ooedo Onsen Monogatari Hotel Shinko
"The dinner buffet was very good"
Itoyanagi Koyado Yuwa
"It was a very nice accommodation!"
Spa Land Hotel Naito
"It was so comfy and clean, it was my fault that i booked the smoke room i thought there’s no any other room available and im pregnant currently. Just a friendly reminder if somebody’s pregnant or hate the smell of smoke do not book it cus u can smell it inside too. But overall we had a nice stay. My room and my families room are separated they got the twin room but same floor. The view from my room is amazing and stunning! I would love to go back again. The staffs are very nice and approchable as well. And the sauna, i have no words to say but absolutely relaxing, they have a herb sauna, wine sauna, a swimming pool, salt area and outdoor area. I was really stunned and the temperature of heat is perfectly fine for a pregnant i guess cus its not summer yet. But don’t stay for too long i only stayed for 5 minutes each place cus its rly not good to stay for so long if you’re pregnant. I’m btw 28weeks so i think if ure pregnant u can still be at sauna. The place is also closed to all the restaurants and stores really a good location. Very quiet and peaceful place. Thank you so much for letting us stay and will definitely go back!"
Comfort Inn Kofu Isawa
"I like this quiet environment and atmosphere."
Ryokan Kisen
"From the hospitality to the cleaning to the service, it was excellent and better than expected for the price. The only downside was that the water pressure in the shower in my room was so weak that it was almost unusable. It was a bit disappointing as everything else was perfect. However, there was a large public bath and even including the shower, it was a very nice ryokan! Thank you very much."
Mt Fuji Hanayagi No Sho Keizan
"The service was great, the breakfast had many choices, and the hotel had a great location. The only downside was that the room curtains didn't have blackout design 😢🥹"
Kasugai View Hotel
"so old hotel breakfast and dinner taste very average"

Hotel Hana Isawa
"The overall evaluation of the hotel is not so good, but the day-use bathing wasn't bad. It's a 5-minute walk from Isawa Onsen Station, so you can drop in for a quick visit. Day-use bathing is available from 14:00, so I went at 14:30, and there was no one there as the hotel guests had not yet checked in, so I was able to enjoy the freshly cleaned, clean changing room and bathroom all to myself. The hot spring is of high quality, flowing directly from the hotel's own source. The bath felt like a large public bath at a public inn. The cost was around 1600 yen for a bath towel with the inn's name on it, a toothbrush set, a plastic drawstring bag, and a rental bath towel."
Hotel Route-Inn Court Kofu Isawa
"The location is central, the food is good, and the place is clean."
Hotel Sekitei
"The second time I came here, it was bad"
Fujinoya Yutei
"The room floor was full of stains. There was no table, but the room had a table due to a Rakuten Travel discount. The air conditioner was so loud I couldn't sleep in the twin room. The futon pillow was flat. It was cold. The dinner was okay. Breakfast * grilled food was good. The bath in the room also smelled of sulfur, it was from a hot spring."
Hotel Eldia Yamanashi (Adult Only)
"Unique experience. When they say adult only they mean it haha. The room itself was massive open plan and came with a lot of added extras that we weren't expecting just as the receptionists weren't expecting a couple with massive luggage. If you're caught up driving in the middle of the night and need to sleep, this could be an option. Have an open mind."
Hotel Hatta
"Hotel Yata (HOTEL YATA), Isawa Onsen, Yamanashi Prefecture - A two-day, one-night New Year's holiday! ~5-point rating~ Bad ⇒ Average ⇒ Good ① ② ③ ④ ⑤ 🔻 [First Appearance] ③ The hotel has a large entrance that reminds me of a hotel from the Showa era's bubble economy! 🔻 [Staff Response] ③ They came over as soon as I arrived by car, politely helped me unload my luggage from the car, and escorted me to the lobby. 🔻 [Lobby] ③ There was a small lobby directly in front of me upon entering, and it felt a little crowded. A friendly woman at reception kindly assisted me. An attendant guided me to my room while carrying my luggage. There was a pond with many beautiful Nishikigoi carp swimming around, and they sold food so I could feed them♪ 🔻 [Barrier-Free Access] ③ It was mostly accessible, but there were some small steps here and there. 🔻 [Room] ③ A very spacious and beautiful Japanese-style room with an outstanding sense of openness. 🔻 [View from the Room] ② Mountains in the distance, with only the peak of Mt. Fuji visible. The rest was the cityscape. 🔻 [Hot Springs] ④ There were two baths: a wine bath and a small private bath on a higher floor where you could soak while enjoying the view. The water was quite warm, and soaking in the fragrant reddish-purple tub was a very satisfying way to soothe my fatigue. The open-air bath was also very pleasant♪ 🔻 [Food (Dinner)] ④ We had dinner in a private room. This was the last meal of the year♪ Each dish was very stylish. There was a wide selection, including Koshu beef and crab, and they were all delicious. 🔻 [Hotel Shop] ③ The shop was small and mainly stocked local specialties and items related to Takeda Shingen. Being in Yamanashi Prefecture, there was a wide selection of Shine Muscat processed products. 🔻 [Cooking scene (breakfast)] ③ Since we visited during the New Year holidays, the breakfast scene was different from usual, with New Year's dishes that were a delight to the eyes♪ 🔻 [Seeing off on the way home] ③ We paid in the lobby, and the attendant carried our luggage to our car. Then, we had our photo taken at the entrance♪ Overall score: 3 🎉"

"We had a wonderful family trip! We went in April, so we had a really relaxing time together as a family. The ryokan's food, the staff's service – everything was perfect. Thank you very much!"
Hanasuishou
"The facilities are generally old, so don't go expecting the atmosphere you see on social media."
Hotel Heian
"I use this place several times a year. It's relatively affordable among Isawa Onsen, but they serve proper kaiseki cuisine, not a buffet. I always come here in the summer. I love the warm water of the open-air bath here. From the room, you can see a garden with beautiful greenery, a waterfall and a pond. The futon is laid out in advance, but the room is still spacious. There is a large rock bath and an open-air bath, and I like the gentle water, so I spend a lot of time in the warm open-air bath. There is lotion and other products in the undressing and washing area. I saw a few people who were just visiting, but the bathroom is spacious so it didn't bother me too much. The indoor bath and the washing and changing area are hot, especially in the summer, so I think they need more ventilation. We had dinner in a large venue, but there were partitions between the tables, so when I sat down, I couldn't see the people at the next table. The kaiseki cuisine is set on almost every table, except for the rice and dessert, and every dish looks beautiful and is delicious. There are so many dishes that I didn't order rice and soup because I couldn't finish it. My partner ordered half a bowl of rice and said, "The soup is delicious, so please have it." We ordered Fuefuki City wine (a corkage fee is required). It was a 1.8L bottle, but it was nicely chilled. The matcha pudding dessert was also delicious. Breakfast was a well-balanced Japanese set meal. We will come again."
