"I thought that by staying at another Kyriad, I'd have a minimum of comfort, but clearly, this hotel isn't up to par. The self-check-in system is efficient, although quite long. There's no reception except for a vending machine for drinks and treats, no elevator, and rooms worthy of F1 hotels with narrow bathrooms including a sink, toilet, and shower (moldy curtains, questionable hygiene... including under the bed where I found dog food!) The bed is disgusting! I felt like I was in a cot that rocked when I turned over. The only advantages, in my opinion: the location close to Annemasse and on the outskirts of Geneva, and the fairly large outdoor parking lot. Next time, I'll pay a little more, but I'll stay at the Mercure right next door... I'll be sure to have a good night's sleep in good conditions."
