We were here for 3 nights, every day the room could be facilitated to be cleaned. Honestly, this hotel is actually good, it's just that the lack of good maintenance makes it look neglected. From the chairs on the rooftop and around the swimming pool. Hopefully from this review the hotel management can improve its maintenance even more"

"The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a sofa and a table. We even received an upgrade upon check-in to a room with mountain and Tropicana (waterpark) views. The infinity pool was also excellent, offering stunning mountain vistas. The location is superb, right next door to Ciplaz Mall and Tropicana Waterpark. The breakfast spread offered a wide variety of choices. Overall, highly recommended."

"Upon arrival, we were greeted by a kind and efficient staff member. All the bed sheets and towels were freshly laundered and replaced, and the room was vacuumed, making it clean and fragrant. We met Mr. Dedi, who was friendly, kind, and always willing to help. Cooking facilities, a kitchen, utensils, hot water, coffee, and tea were all available. You can relax and enjoy the clean, numerous, and healthy koi fish. We even brought home onions from Mr. Dedi's garden! Hopefully, we can come back here again with my family and husband, and it can be a resting place for my husband and his colleagues when they have business trips here."

"See my previous review. I extended my stay with one day. I forgot to mention that the WiFi is really poor, and it wouldn't let me connect at all yesterday. Quite inconvenient. Additionally, it takes about 2-3 minutes for the shower to get warm. Quite ironic when there's a note saying "save water for the next generation". But still a good hotel, of course. Enjoyed the breakfast!"

"Really uncomfortable when upon arrival suddenly owner just said already full booked and stated that no available room, then property offered some extra charge with lower standard room instead of upgrading or at least same type of room, but overall the room was new build so all of the AC and bed going well except for the services, TV and amenities were not pretty well served as said in the room facilities. The worst thing that we have to clean the bathroom first by ourself upon check in (bugs everywhere)"

Always smiling, enthusiastic, extremely kind and funny, full of anecdotes, speaking good English, he knows all the local guides, allowed us "exclusive" visits (like the sunrise on the Papandayan volcano before the official opening of the park, magnificent, or the visit of the rice fields, vegetable plantations of the surrounding villages without any tourist organization or tourist shop), in short, very happy to have spent these few days in this area of Indonesia little visited by Westerners (success guaranteed as soon as you walk in the streets, or in the restaurants and shops!) and to have met this beautiful person that is Acep. To recommend without reservation for the visit of the Sundanese country."
