"We stayed two nights at Kalapalua Lake View on a weekday. Accessibility is good for city cars. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. Room amenities are good. Hotel internet is available. Because it was a weekday and there were not many guests, breakfast was only served a la carte with limited choices. I chose fried rice. The next day, the hotel was quite busy and there was a buffet breakfast with more choices, mainly Indonesian dishes. Room service (lunch and dinner) also generally featured traditional Sundanese dishes. We enjoyed the calm, beautiful, and cool atmosphere (17°C - 23°C) by taking a boat ride around the small lake on site and feeding the fish."

"Really uncomfortable when upon arrival suddenly owner just said already full booked and stated that no available room, then property offered some extra charge with lower standard room instead of upgrading or at least same type of room, but overall the room was new build so all of the AC and bed going well except for the services, TV and amenities were not pretty well served as said in the room facilities. The worst thing that we have to clean the bathroom first by ourself upon check in (bugs everywhere)"

"The swimming pool is okay. There are hot and cold pools. The fun part is the tipping bucket..the kids are waiting for it. Didn't try the restaurant food. But the bathroom is not comfortable because when taking a bath you have to get in the bathtub and use the shower. The bathroom lights are dim."
