"Perfect for quick stop before an early morning flight. Really easy to get to the North Terminal. The discounts at restaurants (a Wetherspoons in the South Terminal is before security so you can grab discounted dinner) and the lounges make this even more of a bargain! The bed was really comfortable and it was so quiet! We also love plane spotting from the window at the end of the corridor."

"The hotel was a bit tricky to get to as the signage from the Terminal and mid-stay car park doesn't exist. Other than that, check in was easy, the room was clean and fit for purpose. Polite staff in the restaurant and Costa Coffee. Staff in the bar were slow and a bit miserable."

"I had a wonderful stay at this airport hotel! The location is very convenient, close to the airport and perfect for catching an early flight or arriving late at night. It's close to the airport; you can walk your luggage to the North Terminal and then take the free airport shuttle to the South Terminal – it's free and very smooth. There's also a paid shuttle service available right outside. This hotel is perfect for those catching early morning flights. The room was clean, and the hygiene was trustworthy. I'd book this hotel again next time."

"I had checked into so many hotels. I can’t believe this hotel did not have water during my stay on 26-27 July. After I checked in, I tried to call the receptionist but no one answer the phone call. As it was so late, I was so tired at 1am, I went to sleep. The next morning there was still no water, I heard sound outside of my door, I quickly opened the door and the housekeeper was there. She told me the entire building had no water for the entire day. We quickly check out the room and went over to Gatewick Hotel to wash up ourselves. I feedback the staff and they just offered two bottles of mineral water to us. How could a hotel without any water🤦♀️"

"It was an interesting experience staying there for a night. I stayed there just after I arrived at the UK from Venice at the latest flight on the day, and on the next morning, I was scheduled to get on the first train at 5:11 from Gatwick. For such traveler who wants to save the maximum time, it was the best hotel. Also, the staff was nice and I was relaxed staying there."
