"Karvansaray Hotel Gabala is a beautiful hotel with spacious, well-appointed rooms. The garden has a lovely atmosphere, especially in the afternoon and evening when a two-man band performs live music, creating a very relaxing setting. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety and was one of the highlights of the stay. The main downside is that the hotel appears to be understaffed. While the food is decent, service is quite slow. I also requested ice through room service several times, but it never arrived. Overall, it’s a pleasant hotel with great rooms and ambience, but improving staffing levels and service would make a significant difference."

"We had a wonderful stay at Gabala Bless Hotel Cottage. Everything was at the highest level — the cottage was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. From the very first day, the staff were extremely attentive and caring towards us. Unfortunately, we got sick during our stay, and I was pleasantly surprised by the way the staff treated their guests in such a situation. I would especially like to mention Elsever Bey, the General Manager. He personally checked on our condition, brought us medicines, and even arranged “uzerlik” ritual for us (It’s a traditional ritual where herbs are burned over a person to remove negative energy or the evil eye). The breakfast included in the room rate was very tasty and rich, with a great variety of options. In general, all the food we ordered at Bless Hotel Cottage was delicious. Such care and attention are truly rare to find. I would like to sincerely thank the entire Bless Hotel Cottage team, and especially Elsever Bey, for their professionalism, kindness, and exceptional hospitality. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this place."

"We liked everything about the hotel!!! Starting from the exterior, beautiful garden, swimming pools, sauna!!! Polite staff, ready to do everything possible to make guests feel comfortable staying in this hotel. We had a 2-room suite. Very cozy, modern design, clean!! Delicious breakfast!! Many thanks to the owner of the hotel and the staff for their advice and our pleasant stay!!!"

"We just stayed here for a night, in a small room over-looking a courtyard. The room was a bit cramped, but ok for just a night We had a meal in the restaurant, which was ok. The air-conditioning didn't work at all, and we slept with the window open. The breakfast next morning was below average; lots of bread, but no toaster. Cornflakes, but no milk. Coffee, but no milk. When we inquired, we were told that the milk was over - this was at 8:30 am!. There was a coffee machine where staff were making coffee, but the very rude staff member insisted that 'the milk was over'. Check-in and check-out were ok. The gentleman at check-out did ask how our stay was; and when I told him about the lack of milk, he didn't seem interested in any further conversation. I would not recommend this hotel."
