Hyatt House Gebze ★★★★
"We stayed for 2 nights. The cleanliness was good, but things like toothpaste and liquid soap were missing. They provided only one pair of slippers for two people; we called and asked for more, but they said it was late and we could come and get them ourselves. Since we weren't the source of the problem, we didn't go down. The restaurant menu was generous considering the accommodation price. We really enjoyed the breakfast. Overall, we were satisfied for the price, but the service could be improved."

216 Castle Hotel ★★★★
"The hotel location was perfect, in a classy area and very close to the sea, which made the stay enjoyable and convenient. However, there were some inconveniences that could be improved. The room cleaning was not fully consistent, and basic items like tea bags, soap, and shampoo were missing, so I had to ask for almost everything. Also, the room door card stopped working several times, and I had to go back to the reception repeatedly to reactivate it. Another point is that the air conditioner seemed to be controlled by the reception, as they could turn it on or off when they decided, which was not very comfortable. Overall, the stay was okay, and the location is excellent. With better attention to these details and guest comfort, the experience would be much more enjoyable."

Sarajevo Suit Hotel ★★★
"All right! The rooms are very large with a private kitchen and even a microwave. We stayed there for a few days and they clean every day. Every day a clean bed. Even the corridors clean them. You will also receive new water, coffee, tea and chocolate every day in your room. The staff are guest-friendly. There is about the same breakfast every day. The two women of breakfast are also friendly. One point is that you can hear others like one day we heard a man snurking in the middle of the night."
