"Beautiful hotel Friendly reception staff Room beautifully presented I was surprised to find I had a turn down service Just two small thoughts The first I went to the bar for a drink before I went in for the night The lady who took me to a seat was lovely she said she’d be back to take an order from a very limited cocktail menu I sat and sat and sat with no one coming back I went to the bar to ask if I could order something only to be snapped at by the girl behind the bar who said I needed to wait until the order was taken I must say except for me there was only 1 other table with a celebration happening So it was quiet I walked out and went to the pub across the street and was enjoying my dark and stormy within two min from a lovely girl there I’m not sure if this bar/ restaurant is part of the hotel or someone renting the space but the bar staff need an attitude check I could see if she was busy no not even then I’ve been in client service my whole life I would not have spoken to a client rudely The other very small thing is the room needs bigger cups not the micro ones The young girl in the cafe in the morning was lovely"

"The location is easy to find. It's not in the center of town, but there is a gas station opposite, which is convenient for self-driving! The front desk service is very enthusiastic. From introducing the room to dining places to Geelong attractions to chatting, it is the most enthusiastic since this trip, haha! The parking space in front of each room is huge. The room is standard, enough for a night's sleep. The swimming pool is not open and a little dirty, haha! When we went out for dinner, we saw the beautiful sunset again. It was a perfect day! Recommended!"
