"A very nice place. We enjoyed our stay."

"In short, the night was 400€ per room and most of what is advertised is not real. Hotel management is obnoxious and you can tell the 4 stars certification dates back from 2022. Here are all the things that happened to us and that I hope won’t be experienced by anyone else: *Annexe: A lot of the rooms advertised are NOT in the hotel! Be careful it is like a trap. They will make you pay the price and host you in a building 200m down from the main building! If you are with disabled or reduced mobility people, every time you want to enjoy breakfast or swimming pool, you have to fully dress and climb stairs to access the hotel services. In the winter, they also don’t put any salt on the ground which made us trip multiple times! (cf picture) * Swimming pool even indoor and is not heated at all. As a result, you jump into fresh water and hope to move enough to stay warm otherwise you’re better off outside. Also no changing room and you have to put 1€ to close your locker! (cf picture). * Sauna and Hamam: they are never turned on unless you do it (cf picture) and they are super small. Hotel can probably accommodate 200 guests, but as you can see they can hold 2-4 people at a time. So expect to wait 15min for them to warm up and hope no one comes otherwise you will have to wait. Facilities are the cheapest and they don’t show any picture of it. * Mould: expect to see mould in the bathrooms (cf picture) and please don’t dare to complain for the price you’re paying. * Toilet bowl: not properly cleaned. You will be able to enjoy the marks from previous clients (cf picture) * Ventilation: room was cold as it was winter and not well isolated, as a result we had to keep the vent on for the whole night, very noisy system. But guess what, they have multiple heaters in the room but they disabled them. * Breakfast: very cheap. No menu, so you need to guess what is available, staff will not come and take your order, expect to get up anytime you need something. You also have a buffet which is not aligned with the price. * Room furniture: One day, I just couldn’t believe it, they came into our room during cleaning and took away one of the furniture where we had our stuffs on and put them on the floor. It was just after I made a complaint. When I asked why, they told they needed it for another room so they took it from us. Insane. Last but not least is what happened when I reported to the hotel manager that we were not really satisfied by our stay. I asked politely if you could leave just one night before the end of our trip and not end up having to write anything bad about her place. She said that I was threatening her and that my complaints were unacceptable: to give an idea of how she thinks, when I told her I want to enjoy the spa without having to wait, she tried to guilt trip me by saying that I don’t want to save energy for the planet. When I complained about a time I asked the staff 3 times the reception phone number, she said I don’t care about the huma"

"The room was dilapidated, the breakfast was limited (expensive for what it contained), but the restaurant was very good and the staff were very pleasant."

"Excellent price / quality. Small but functional and clean room. SDB nickel. Special mention for breakfast that is composed only of fresh products, great choice salt / sugar. We will come back"

"Perrine on the front desk was very welcoming and gave us a choice of rooms. We were put on the third floor with a window view of the lake. The room was beautifully laid out. Space in all rooms. Large comfortable bed. The hotel is very well kept and gives a charm of another age. The breakfast was good standard buffet. Good value for that level of luxury."

"Poor. There is no food available in the hotel so definitely no Brasserie. Breakfast is ok. There are no staff around most of the time - worst of all there is no lounge area so we all ended up sitting on the floor of the entrance lobby. It’s a great location but it’s tired and shabby. Some basic things missing, no tea or coffee in room, no do not disturb hangers. Basically its a not very good B&B"

"Stolen headphones (worth over 200 euro) - forgot them in the room and same evening when called no answer, and next day over email just the answer that they are not in the room (yeah, they just vanished - they even have a note on the door of each room that if you damage something you pay, if you forget something they mail it to your location, aha, right), well, I guess them or the cleaning people just took them straight. Breakfast experience: to laugh, no other, when asked if they bring more omelet the lady said no as they have no more eggs and another group ate all omelet twice that morning and they are afraid to do a third time for that group not to eat it all again... in the end they agreed to do an omelet out of 1 egg for two people (to mention it is separately paid breakfast). Dusty room, no snow removal from the emergency stairs."

"Centrally located . Very near to the main centre. Extremely clean. Very polite staff Comfortable room with a balcony. Parking available. Spa is quaint and nice. Hotel has an amazing restaurant!! All in all a wonderful four day stay. Thank you very much Jamagne Team !!"

"We have spent 3 days in this hotel with our two kids. The staff is vert pleasant, infrastructure is good quality. The hotel is very well located, 5 min walking distance rrom city center and right in front of the lake. Swming pool is great for the kids. Spa is very small but massages are very good quality. We will come back next year without hesitation!"
