I stay in 2 different rooms but it was too dimmed or goes off when list expected. The aircon was not functioning properly at Room 7. I also propose you to place mats at the door especially when it raining."

"❌run away ❌ 👍🏽10 minute drive from OR Tambo Airport. Reception and check in was smooth 🙄 No elevator in hotel. I had to carry my 2 x23kg suitcases up a flight of stairs. No porter service or any staff offered to assist me 🙄 Room is small but ok for staying over night for catching an early morning flight. 🙄 Air-conditioning is very noisy I couldn't sleep 🙄Walls are not sound proof.... 🙄Plugs are all situated across on the small table 🙄 When using the kettle the phone could not charge 🙄 No bottled water - at more than RMB400 per night I expected to at least have that 🙄 Hotel operates on an online ordering system, I tried to order room service but when I couldn't ,I sent the contact person a msg via the system - 24hrs later - no response."

"David and Geraldine were excellent hosts! They were very flexible with our breakfast and evening schedules. Breakfast was very good and freshly made in the amazing kitchen! They organized some platters for us one evening and even a massage right there in the small hut! We used the facility for a braai (BBQ) and had a great time around the fire at night. We booked the loft and another room as there were five of us. Definitely recommend staying there whether it is for one night or more! "

Could you please be so kind as to check your bank statements and confirm that all these payments have been received? We would also appreciate it if you could please clarify the issue regarding Room D, which was paid in full (R6000), yet we are now being informed that we still owe R2400. Discount There also seems to be some confusion regarding the 10% discount. This discount was included in the quotation before we made any payments. The guesthouse is beautiful and all your of the staff were very friendly, except for the manager. 2. It was difficult having two large groups at the same time, especially as the spaces did not allow the groups to comfortably share facilities and (men and ladies) 3. This forced our group of ladies to go out every evening to find food. This situation also raised safety concerns, as we had to be on the roads late at night. Additional issues we experienced: • The other group used the braai every night, and the manager became upset when we asked to also use a braai. • Upon arrival, a staff member informed us we could use the kitchen as discussed beforehand, but this was later not allowed. • The ice machine that had been discussed beforehand was not available to us, and asking for ice upset the manager. • We were told we could not use the small plates as they were needed for breakfast the next morning. • We asked for a supper menu but decided not to order because the portions were too large for our needs. • The fridge and freezer space were initially given to the other group. • Later we were given space in another fridge but were told there was no freezer available. • The other guests were usi"
