"Be cautious when booking with Zostel! Even in cases of genuine medical emergencies, they refuse to refund advance payments, despite providing all necessary proof and canceling well in advance. Their lack of empathy and rigid policies make it clear that profits come before people. I also had a horrible experience at Zostel Varkala, where the manager threatened to charge ₹500 per person if we didn’t vacate by 10 AM, making us feel pressured and harassed. This kind of behavior reflects their poor customer service and disregard for guests' well-being. Think twice before choosing Zostel – your peace of mind isn’t worth the risk!"

"We stayed there for two nights and the extremely satisfied with the hospitality of nimmu guest house management and staffs. First and foremost location of the property is just awesome and just situated behind the main temple and 100meter to gokarna main beach. Ample of private parking space available which is hardly available in other places in goa rooms and bathroom are neat n tidy with modern amenities n fixtures with one of the best housekeeping facility inhouse restaurant is excellent and serves healthy and delicious food with wide range of options. Highly recommended"

"Recently completed a very pleasant stay of 3 nights and 4 days. Though the location of the hotel / resort is little difficult to approach by car, but once you reach, it is an absolute bliss. Only little uncomfortable part is, beach is round 300 meters away and walking down to beach during night hours through a narrow lane may not be very pleasing experience for everybody. Now the good things are, 1. Whole place is spot clean. 2. Rooms are very clean and specious 3. Breakfast is awesome 4. Overall service is fantastic NOTE: Though they presently do not have any Lunch / Dinner facility, but if you ask them, they can get the same from outside and serve. Overall, a highly recommended place if you want to spend 3-4 days of solitude."
