"Stayed at Stone Wood Nature Resort, Gokarna for two nights and loved every bit of it. The location is perfect, just a few kms from Om Beach and Kudle Beach. The resort is spacious, surrounded by lush greenery, and very picturesque. Special thanks to Mr. Ganguly at the reception for his warm welcome and to the staff for their prompt service, they even arranged our scooty rental on-site. Our villa was cozy with a cute outdoor seating/smoking area, and the bathroom was hygienic and stocked with Biotique products. The complimentary breakfast buffet was generous with both veg and non-veg, and the food at the restaurant was excellent, especially recommend the pulao, butter chicken, dal, and kadhai chicken. My compliments to the chef. Though some activities like the zipline and archery were closed due to rain, it was still great value for money. Overall, a wonderful stay and I would gladly return and recommend it for anyone visiting Gokarna looking for a luxury experience."

"Hotel is in City limits, with one-ways and congested narrow roads. Parking problem is sometimes there. Rooms are good. staffs are good. breakfast good and variety available. amenities sufficient . If your main intension is to visit temple, then definitely a good option. if your main idea is to enjoy beaches and forest opt for other good options"

"We’ve spent in ArtKarna Hotel 19 nights, and believe me, you cannot find a better place to stay in Gokarna. The rooms are spacious and very clean, plenty of comforts. The staff is the best one I ever met in 35 years traveling in India, starting from the manager to the kitchen and rooms cleaning staff. "It's a beachfront mixed hostel with a cafe, amazing view of the sea and extremely friendly staff, located in Middle beach in close proximity to Sunset Cafe, OM DS Cafe and other well known cafe's, I would recommend this over Zostel if you are here to enjoy the food, sunset and occasional swim because of easy accessibility. Only downside being poor management of dorms and washrooms- they smell bad because of poor ventilation. Otherwise, Trippr is bang for the buck."

"There are only cons in Arthigamiya - Found Hair in food in Infinity Restaurant, back to back in Bada. Kesar bath and Idly. We were told breakfast comes from Godavari Group hotel and they will inform management. Biriyani in lunch was unpalatable with yellow rice cooked in coconut oil. - There were insects and bugs crawling on the bathroom curtain and room wall. - ACs are from 1960's and do not work properly, temps couldn't be changed. We were told this property was newly leased and that equipments were getting replaced. Stay away from this dirty and unhygienic resort. You are bound get disentry or bug bites."

"Our stay at Sunny Serenity in Gokarna was nothing short of exceptional. Nestled outside the main town, this place is a true oasis for those seeking peace and tranquility. From the moment we arrived, we were met with warmth and kindness. My family (including two small children) arrived very early in the morning after a long journey from Hampi. We didn’t expect a room to be ready at that hour—we simply needed a place to rest for a bit. However, the wonderful staff, especially Raul, went above and beyond, welcoming us with open arms and making sure my wife and kids had a comfortable spot to relax while they hurried to prepare our room ahead of check-in time. One day, I needed to go into Gokarna town for supplies, but my scooter wouldn’t start. Without hesitation, Sunny, the owner, generously offered me his own scooter so I could make the trip—an act of kindness that speaks volumes about the hospitality here. The food at Sunny Serenity was fantastic—delicious, rich, and full of local flavors. Additionally, as I was combining my trip with some work, I was happy to find that the WiFi was stable and reliable, making it easy to stay connected when needed. Overall, I highly recommend this place. The location, hospitality, food, and incredible staff made our stay unforgettable. I will definitely return!"
