"A nightmare stay that lasted less than an hour. The most shocking part of this experience is that we had absolutely no idea the studio was supposedly limited to one person. Nothing during the booking process clearly warned us that this would become an issue. We registered two vehicles for the stay, which should have made it obvious that two people were arriving. If a studio cannot accommodate two guests, this should be clearly communicated before accepting the reservation—not after guests have travelled and arrived on site. What happened next was beyond unreasonable. We arrived, settled in, and noticed there was only one pillow in the studio. We called customer service for a simple request: an additional pillow. Instead of receiving help, this is apparently how they discovered that we were two people. A basic request for assistance immediately turned into a dispute. From that moment, the situation escalated unnecessarily. Rather than looking for a practical solution, management completely refused to communicate. They declined any direct contact, refused any discussion, and showed absolutely no willingness to understand the situation or help us. They simply hid behind rigid rules and left customer service to deliver their decision. Even more disappointing, the attitude we encountered on the phone was completely inappropriate. At a time when we were stressed, confused, and trying to find a solution, we felt that our situation was being mocked rather than taken seriously. Instead of empathy or professionalism, we were met with indifference and a lack of respect. The only options offered were: * Leave the apartment immediately, despite being more than three hours away from home. * Pay additional fees to move to another unit. Those were literally the only solutions proposed. Let that sink in: we called to ask for an extra pillow and ended up being threatened with losing our accommodation. What makes this even more frustrating is that we acted in complete good faith. We never tried to hide that we were two people. We registered two cars, checked in normally, and contacted them openly when we needed assistance. Had we not called for help, the issue would never even have arisen. The entire experience was handled with a complete lack of common sense, customer care, and professionalism. Management refused any communication, refused any compromise, and refused to take any responsibility for a situation that could have been resolved in minutes. Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt trapped, ignored, and abandoned. A simple overnight stay turned into a stressful and humiliating experience that ruined our trip almost immediately. This was not merely poor customer service—it was a complete failure of hospitality."
