"Room was very clean, bed was comfy. The staff was very helpful. The pool was really nice, very clean. I was disappointed about the breakfast though, they only had bagels, yogurt, and cereal. I definitely thought there would have been eggs atlest maybe a waffle machine......I ended up having to get breakfast when I checked out, but overall....great place!!"

"The hotel was beautiful and clean. The room we booked wasn't very large, but it was enough for a family of three. It had a sofa bed and a double bed, and could comfortably accommodate four people. There was a small coffee maker, a microwave, and some basic tableware. The hotel thoughtfully included cable car tickets, but we didn't need them because we bought a package deal. The Blue Mountains resort area is truly beautiful, with many places to eat. When we went, it was school holidays, so there were many students. The experience would be even better if it were less crowded on a weekday."

"I feel so disappointed because I wasn’t offer checkout at noon. My friend who travelled with me can easily offer to check out at noon by calling the receptionist. I was going to the reception in the morning in person. However, the staff Theresa told me she cannot help me. I asked him why my friend travelled with me together can check out late and I cannot. She just told me said the hotel is full of travellers can cannot do so. I was so disappointed with her feedback because she did not even check why she cannot help."
