"The view from the hotel was amazing and was definitely the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, several issues took away from the overall experience. There is no phone in the room, so every time we needed assistance we had to go up and down three flights of stairs to reception. When we went down to get the Wi-Fi code, the handwritten note was so unclear that we couldn’t connect and eventually gave up trying. The toilet seat was completely loose, which was very uncomfortable and not ideal at all. We also had no hot water for our shower. Breakfast was extremely limited, with virtually no options available. We travel around the world and have stayed in many different places, and in our opinion this hotel is very overpriced for what it offers. The staff did try to make it up to us the next day, but since we were only staying one night, it didn’t really help. For the price we paid, we were expecting a true 5-star experience."

Room - Small, average but worth it for the price Breakfast - decent, the person serving was super sweet. Reception - The guy was too distracted, not just while he was with us, but throughout the day."

"It's a very luxurious and quiet hotel with a view of the Devil's Tower right in front of you, but there's no signal. The Wi-Fi is strange. It doesn't read Uber, so you have to walk to the main street. I was surprised that there was no hair dryer in the room."
