"The power went out in the room less than 5 minutes after we checked in. I understood that there were no more twin rooms, but the room I was exchanged for was a downgrade from the previously reserved room and was much narrower. I grew up with a blanket on the floor, and the bedding was just a throwaway blanket and there was only one set of amenities. I don't understand all of this just by saying I'm sorry. I booked a room with a bathtub because I wanted to take a half-body bath, but the bathtub was covered in rust so I didn't even use it."
