"There were incredibly noisy guests until 4.15 am. I contacted management but nothing was done hence a sleepless and stressful night. I am a regular user of Bella Vista, but no longer in Hamilton. The sound insulation between top and bottom floors is incredibly poor."

"A beautiful house with vast views. We stayed in the Rua Suite which I believe is the only one with a private bath. It's a huge room with comfortable seating, 2 balconies and a very large private bath with two vanities, tub, walk in shower and a separate toilet room. This is also the only room I believe that has air conditioning. Ponies, goats, llamas etc. are all around and come to the fence by the parking to get attention. Also has 3 outdoor cats. There are lots of stairs just to get into the house. Once inside there is a long staircase to get to the second floor where the Rua Suite is located. Not easy if you have much luggage! A sign tells you to remove your shoes upon entering the home and the entry is filled with shoes. There is air conditioning in the Rua Suite but we were stopped coming back from dinner the first night and told that the owner had entered our room while we were gone (to get something from a closet) and saw that we had left a couple of fans on and had the air conditioner on. She told us they had turned it all off and let us know that electrical costs were 4 times what it was in the US. It was incredibly hot so we turned it on again."

"It's a very new hotel, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The staff are very friendly, and the rooms offer views of the stadium – the scenery is fantastic. I would recommend it to friends and will definitely stay here again."

"The room was too small; there wasn't even a place to wash clothes, and the shower area was extremely cramped. The worst part was that before check-in, there seemed to be strong aromatherapy; the scent was overwhelming and almost like Indian curry. Even after three days of opening the windows, the smell persisted. In the communal kitchen, the plates were covered in small hairs despite being replaced several times."

"This is a relatively new motel, and the rooms are arranged in an inner and outer section, making it suitable for families. The sofa in the outer room doubles as a sofa bed; it's usually open, and you need to ask hotel staff to put it away, which is inconvenient for single travelers."

"This lobby is really stylish, I thought it was a five-star hotel, we drank two beers here, it felt good! There is a Chinese tour group wow wow, so embarrassing! It is best to stay away from the place with compatriots, especially the tour group! The house is fully equipped, quite clean, the room is large, and the bedding is comfortable! The breakfast is quite rich, with my favorite coffee, mushrooms, eggs, sausages, and these are more friendly to our Chinese stomach!"
