"A hotel where everything is perfect except cleanliness. When we arrived at the airport, they took care of our luggage with man-to-man care, moved it to the hotel separately, and took us to the hotel in a separate vehicle from the luggage vehicle. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff explained the overall facilities and everything we could enjoy on the island. The service was great. All the facilities were great. Considering the price of the accommodation, the cleanliness does not mean it was dirty, but it does mean that it was not as clean as the best hotels in Korea. It seems inevitable because we wear shoes and use the accommodation overseas."

"Pros: A superb vacation experience! The hotel is new, and the service is excellent. You can easily reach out to the staff for any needs. The shuttle bus within the resort is very convenient. Also, be sure to visit One Tree Hill for the sunset – it's absolutely stunning! Cons: Check-out time is a bit early. Also, there are many birds chirping on the island at night, so it's a good idea to bring earplugs."

"Cons: The room was quite dated, and there was no smart toilet. The outdoor area of the villa always had a lot of insects. Turndown service was consistently very late, usually after 7:30 PM. The hotel staff were friendly but very slow. We asked them to come to our room for turndown service and to catch a gecko, but it took over an hour for them to arrive. Pros: The service is among the best you'd find in Australia. The hotel's private beach offers many free activities like kayaking and snorkeling. Showing your room card also grants free access to other attractions on the island. Upon check-in, the hotel provides a golf cart for exploring the island (a driver's license is required); if you're not confident driving, the hotel can provide free transport to any location on the island. The bedding was uncomfortable, with that 'sandwich' duvet cover design. Breakfast had limited variety, but if there was something specific you wanted, the chef could prepare it with available ingredients. However, dishes would take a very long time, sometimes around 40 minutes. The lobby has an open-plan design with excellent views, and during the right season, there's a chance to see whale migration. The natural environment is wonderful, with various small animals like parrots and wallabies visible all over the island. At night, you can also spot possums. Each evening, turndown service included herbal tea and dark chocolate. Any purchases made on the island can be charged to your room, which is very convenient – no need to carry a wallet."
