交通非常方便（散步的速度至地鐵站不到10分鐘），地鐵到西湖和西溪濕地都是幾站，酒店周邊人少安靜，是個鬧中取靜的好住處。服務和設施都是很不錯的，工作人員靈活好溝通。
一些小問題的話，因為是新酒店，樓道里還有一點味道，房間裏倒是聞不到什麼，衹是我們住的房間（豪華大床房）的空調運作的聲音有點大，不知道是不是個別空調的問題。好在和工作人員溝通之後，得到了及時的迴應和解決方案，處理問題的效率還是比較高的！相信以上提到的這些問題都能很快被改進，下次來還會住這家的。
