After washing, I saw that the shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner were all expired. I didn't foam after being squeezed in for so long, and I didn't look at the air conditioner remote control. The environment in the room was okay, and so was the bed.

The location was above a large mall with surrounding night life. The Wanda Square, the Meteo Station and the west train station are all within walking distance. The service was very helpful, friendly and most of all professional. A welcome snack had also been provided. The breakfast was Chinese style, the food offered varied every day. It was enjoyable. A few things however, were old and worn. This gave the room the impression of former luxury. Everything, including the elevators, was very clean, however. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

This hotel is the most cost-effective hotel I have ever stayed in in Harbin. The overall quality is even higher than that of a 5-star hotel. The lady at the front desk upgraded the room with me. Changsha Xiaodudou who came with me really liked the color of the furniture and doors in the room. The hygiene is very, very clean, 4 bath towels are prepared in the bathtub and shower room, and the bed is very comfortable You can also make tea in the room! ! ! It is recommended to stay in room 529. It is very transparent. Thank you again to the lady at the front desk. I have stayed in 5 hotels in Harbin and this one is the most satisfactory one. In addition, it is super close to the high-speed rail station and the airport. You can get on the expressway immediately after leaving the hotel. You don’t have to worry about traffic jams. It takes about 25 minutes to get to the airport.

The most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. Although I only stayed for two days, the breakfast was different every day. The service concept is very good and the location is very convenient. Wanda is just outside the door. It is very convenient to bring children. The sound insulation is very good. The most important thing is that the pillows are so comfortable. There was no sound when getting in and out of bed, and there were no hidden costs in the room. I really didn’t find any shortcomings. I recommend staying here. I will choose Atour when staying in hotels in the future. I also offered a late check-out. The 2-meter large bed is very comfortable.

We had a great experience of having spent 4 nights in this wonderful hotel Wanda Realm in NanGang Harbin. The location of the hotel was so handy to basically everywhere: 4 minute’s walking distance to Xicheng Hongchang Plaza; 5 to 6 minutes to Wanda Plaza and the subway station (Line 3). The hotel’s reception, house keeping, breakfast, facilities and services are all perfect.

Everybody was very friendly and helpful. They helped me book tickets for tourist attractions and even looked up the best way for me to get there via metro etc. The hotel is right next to Wanda shopping center with many small good stalls on the street. My room was clean and very large with an additional writing desk. If I ever make it back to Harbin I'd come here again. Very good price for the overall experience.

The hotel has a good location, the reception at the front desk is warm, the rooms are clean, the bathroom is large, equipped with black tea, green tea and coffee, and a small refrigerator with free drinks. The temperature is suitable, there is floor heating, it is very warm, the price is affordable, and it is great value for money. The hot water is 24 hours a day and the shower is comfortable.
