Hotel was located slightly out of the city centre (Zhongyang St) but still accessible by public transport and taxi. Was shown that room had garden view but that is just a wallpaper.. Quite shocked that there was no windows and room was relatively small. However it was very cheap as compared to other hotels. Breakfast options was okay.

First of all, the service was very good. We requested a non-smoking room, and the service staff showed us several rooms for us to choose from. It is recommended that the hotel reserve some non-smoking rooms for convenience in the future. Secondly, the environment, facilities, and location are very good. It is next to MixC, and there is a row of small restaurants behind MixC. Dianping did not disappoint us for dinner. The hotel has good sound insulation and I slept very comfortably. Other hotels woke up after 6 o'clock, but this one slept until 8 o'clock.

Very good. Every time I travel to Harbin, I like to stay in this hotel. We will continue to book next time. It is very close to Songbei Grand Theater. There are also many shopping malls. It is very convenient for food and accommodation. I like it. I didn’t take pictures of the hotel. I will make up for it next time

It's very nice and clean, but the front desk staff told me that I couldn't eat breakfast when I ordered it. Finished customer was unhappy. I hope it can be improved and management strengthened in the future. Don't let similar situations happen again.

Love the room is great everything was good i enjoyed the breakfast there were a lot of different selections it was yummy one thing I didn’t like is that I had to go downstairs every time I ordered a delivery Mabey we can do a bit upgrade on that. Also the dress code for guests in the dining hall need to be addressed this is a 5 star hotel I don’t need to see people wearing robe with nothing under it with the room sandals is just not cool. However I did see people talking to them about it asking them to change but it took a while. Other than that It was a wonderful experience and I’ll b back sometime soon and hopefully will see some more upgrades?

Very nice rooms and good breakfast. Location a little in the middle of new town construction sites. The mall 10 mins walk away is great for shopping and restaurants. The hotel restaurant only offered breakfast but it was ok to order deliveries in. Hotel is slightly weird in that it’s also seems to be a neo natal staycation hotel with many nurses and families members hanging out in corridors at all times of night. Main issue with the rooms was that they were 28 degrees C and there was no way to cool them down slightly to be able to sleep well. Opening the windows didn’t help and the hotel aircon was understandably set to heating the room - maybe something they can think about. Nice hotel and a good stay- just didn’t sleep well.

We booked a twin room for two nights. Because we were traveling with children, we were two adults and two children, so we deliberately chose a room with a larger bed. The bed in this hotel is very large, so it is not crowded for one adult and one nap. When traveling, the bed should be larger. A little bit is good. The hotel room is also relatively large, and the heating is very powerful. It is as advertised in the pictures. The only dissatisfaction is that there is no door outside the bathroom shower room, and the water from the shower head easily spills onto the floor of the basin outside. The hotel's breakfast is not a buffet, but a set meal. It is more comfortable to have it in the room without having to change clothes.

The environment is first-class and it is located in the Sun Island Scenic Area. The entire building exterior and interior decoration are Russian-style hotels. The rooms are luxurious and comfortable with a sense of age, and other facilities are a bit backward. The breakfast has few varieties and can only fill the stomach. The service is OK, a bit chaotic... The upper and lower warehouses of the delivery robot are dirty and have a peculiar smell if they are not cleaned up~~

You can see the cable car from the room, and it is very convenient to get a cable car ticket. The hotel is also close to the Siberian Tiger Park and even closer to the Polar Oceanarium. Although the breakfast is a set meal for two, we brought two children, so it was enough for four people. Xiaoyu at the front desk was very enthusiastic, and the brothers were also very good. They spoke gently to the guests and helped with the luggage. The only drawback is that the hotel does not smell very good, maybe it is too humid by the river. You can go to the small beach by the river to dig sand after leaving the hotel.
