Hotels in Harbin Engineering University/Harbin east railway, Harbin

Excellent location, with the subway right across the street. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and answered all our questions – truly top-notch! They even upgraded us to a suite. The room was spotless and I had a very comfortable sleep for all four nights. Absolutely fantastic!

This stay at Orange Hotel was an exceptional experience that far exceeded my preconceived notions of chain hotels, truly a worthwhile and luxurious trip. My first impression was one of elegance and warmth. 👍 Stepping into the lobby, there was no unnecessary decoration; the space was open and bright, with soft and tranquil lighting. 👍 The professionalism of the receptionist was commendable; the check-in process was seamless, and her humble smile and gentle conversation instantly washed away the weariness of my journey. 👍 In particular, Zhang Yitong, the receptionist, not only had a thorough understanding of the hotel's service details and the surrounding environment, providing highly professional itinerary suggestions, but also made us feel a genuine sense of hospitality that went beyond standard procedures. 👍 Stepping into the guest room was an even bigger surprise. Everything was spotless. The bedding was crisp and white, and the mattress offered just the right amount of support and comfort, quickly relieving fatigue and ensuring a deep and undisturbed night's sleep. 👍 The breakfast experience the next morning was another highlight of the trip. 🍽️ While the restaurant wasn't luxurious, it was well-organized, and the food selection catered to the diverse needs of guests. Particularly noteworthy were the soothing porridge and the aromatic coffee; starting the day with such a balanced and refined breakfast was a small but delightful experience. The true luxury of Orange Hotels lies in their unseen service, and this Orange Hotel certainly delivered. 👍

Very nice and cozy place. the reception and the owner were very kind and helpful. the room is clean and big, the cleaner also a very nice person. when we were looking for a laundry to wash our cloth, the owner will provide us the service FOC, but just no dryer for the cloth. Will revisit again if go to Harbin

9 Great experience! The room is spacious and clean, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and I slept until dawn. The service is considerate and thoughtful, and the staff helped us upgrade the room. The location is convenient and there are many delicious foods around. The facilities are complete and the cost performance is super high. I will come again next time!

The front desk service was excellent, and the room was very clean. Their long-standing reputation for quality is trustworthy. It was really great; I was in a good mood and had a wonderful trip. Harbin didn't disappoint me, and I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The room was incredibly comfortable and clean, with complete facilities. The smart home system was also thoughtfully designed and convenient to use. The hotel's location near Harbin Engineering University makes transportation easy, and there are plenty of local specialty restaurants nearby.

Great! The hotel is located right next to the south gate of the engineering university, offering excellent value for money. The rooms are spacious and clean, with complete amenities. The receptionist is friendly and attentive, and the room is well-heated and cozy.

The 2 ladies at the reception gave us very good service and very helpful. However, when we need help to carry our bags down as we have difficulty, the cleaning ladies said it is not their job and scolded the reception staff for helping us. In the end another gentleman and the reception staff help us. Other then that room and others good

The room was very clean. I have a habit of wiping everything down with disinfectant wipes in hotels, and when I entered the room, I wiped everything down, and there wasn't a speck of dust. However, the room facilities were quite basic, and the bed's placement was a bit odd. The bed was in the center of the room, almost blocking the way to the windows, and the only outlet for charging devices was near the desk by the window, making it inconvenient to walk around the bed… There are plenty of restaurants nearby, making it convenient for getting around.

The location of the hotel is good, 8mins walk to the engineering university station. The hotel facilities is relatively new although it is only 2 star. The cleanliness is up to standard, I think I could give a 4/5 star rating! Recommended to others! Btw try not to get the corner room, the room space will be smaller as compared to others. The room is not very spacious but enough for just a short 3 days stay! The breakfast was ok, variety is good for 18RMB and taste was ok. I recommend if you are not in a hurry or tired, try to explore outside.
