"Staying in that incredible Hotel , surrounded by that idyllic tranquil green tea plantations was a superb experience. ALL ( and I mean EACH single member of that hotel team ) was a fantastic host. It’s such a lovely heartwarming and professionally working team high up in the mountains of Hatton. The pool is superclean and warmed up, the sunbeds always prepared with a towel ( even after the rain , it got dried up quickly again and again ) It’s like heaven , to swim in that warm water , when another rainshower shows up. The greens , the garden is maintained every day and every where you can see flowers blooming. The cleaning team is all day long busy to “make the things shining” . The front desk team is professional, quickly working and doing all the best to fulfill all your wishes. I had also a wonderful massage in the SPA, which is very recommendable. Last but not least, I definitely want to mention the fantastic service in the restaurant , which is serving that extraordinary delicious and fresh food of the kitchen. Thank you soooo soooo much !! It was definitely the best choice of a hotel in my 3 weeks of travelling through Sri Lanka."
