"We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Argyle hotel for one night. What a fantastic place. Set in stunning scenery with a very serene ambience. From the moment you enter you are treated to the most friendly welcome that continues throughout your stay. The check in was smooth and efficient with English spoken by the staff. Everyone was attentive, caring and personable and nothing was too much trouble. The friendly guys in the bar, Sithija and Duminda are of particular note. There are great facilities available throughout the hotel but only staying one night, we didn't use them all. Thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor heated pool and the impromptu sing song in the karaoke room! Great food, comfy beds and linens. Excellent tea/coffee tray in the room plus bottled water. I can heartily recommend this hotel and will remember the service received here as one of the best in all of our travels around the world."

"Dropped in at Harrington Heritage for one night during a business visit to Hatton, and it turned out to be an excellent find. The inn is cosy, with clean and comfortable rooms, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The property is well-maintained, with a stunning view of the tea plantations. If you're looking to relax in serene surroundings, this is definitely a place to return to."

"Very dirty place. The are not cleaning bedsheets (bad smell coming ). No hot water for rainy days they are acting like just broken solar hot water system. Very dirty plates and glasses. not recommend for eny one. Dot judge with their older photos at the google."
