Their card device is ancient and cannot process refunds, and they said they would do a bank transfer—but it’s been two weeks and I still have nothing. To make things worse, they completely ignored all my emails. Their customer service is nonexistent, and dealing with them feels like being scammed. Be extremely careful if you are thinking of booking here. This hotel is unprofessional, unreliable, and I would never recommend it to anyone."

It's on par with a 3-star hotel, and certainly worth the price; the only downside is that it's more expensive than our 4-star hotel in our next destination, Segovia."

"The residence is very beautiful and well located, with a pleasant atmosphere. However, there are several details that could be improved. The mattresses are extremely uncomfortable, which significantly affected the quality of our rest during our 20-day stay. We had to request a change of towels and sheets, as this was not done automatically, and the intermediate cleaning mentioned in the conditions never took place. The floor leading from the residence to the pool is very slippery and could be dangerous, especially for children or older adults. The restaurant offers very few options, and the quality of the food is poor. It’s a shame that the potential of this space isn’t better utilized—for example, offering coffee and pastries or a proper dinner service would be a great addition. In summary, the place has great potential, but service and infrastructure improvements are needed to meet expectations."
