"We do not recommend this accommodation if you want to use the air conditioning. Throughout our stay they promised to fix the broken air conditioning and nothing happened, we called support every day and no one helped us fix the problem the whole time. In addition, in the ground floor apartments you can't open the windows because they are very low and someone could climb in. In addition, there is a road and seating for all guests right outside the windows. So, in the morning, all the people who are leaving early will wake you up. On the other floors everything will probably be ok, I am describing an experience from the ground floor, beware. Otherwise, the property is nice, renovated, but our experience is really bad, because in 5 days no one could solve our problem. They offered us a compensation which nobody specified, really bad service."

"We have been coming for years and always feel comfortable. Every wish is fulfilled, very uncomplicated. This time we booked at very short notice, a few hours before arrival. Everything worked out despite our special requests. Many thanks to Tamas at reception. The only thing that really bothered us from the start... was the instructor at the water aerobics. Just awful, listless, without enthusiasm. No smile. She doesn't fit in at all with the rest of the staff, who are always trying hard and friendly. At reception I was told that I wasn't the only one complaining and nothing was happening!? What a pity..."

"A very nice, modern hotel, flooded with natural light. In front of the hotel is a large, secure parking lot with covered spaces (fees apply). We received a friendly welcome from the bellboy at the entrance, who took care of our luggage, and again at reception during check-in. Everything was explained clearly. The rooms are large with very comfortable beds and a choice of pillows, air conditioning, TV (with many channels – ORF 1 and 2 as well as other German and foreign-language channels), a safe, plenty of space for clothes, a balcony, and a bathroom with shower, sink, hairdryer, and toilet. There is also a clothesline for drying swimwear. A spa bag, bathrobe, and slippers are provided in the room. Many thanks to the housekeeping staff, who work very cleanly. Bath towels are provided free of charge at the entrance to the thermal baths. The restaurant offers a generous breakfast and dinner buffet. The quality and selection are very good. It is comfortably furnished with a view of the garden and the outdoor pool of the thermal baths. The service was always very attentive and friendly (everyone speaks good German). The desired dress code in the restaurant is smart casual, which almost everyone adheres to. Unfortunately, there are always a few uncouth individuals who don't understand it and unwittingly become the butt of the joke. There's plenty of space in the bar area, where a different band plays excellent live music each evening, and dancing is encouraged. We particularly liked that the tables and lighting here are also well-suited for playing games. The spa reception offers a wide range of treatments and services. A visit to the salt cave is highly recommended for respiratory health. My back pain was gone the very next day after the Yumeiho massage. My wife was very pleased with the deluxe pedicure, and we were both delighted with the hairdresser's work. The entire spa is very clean and visibly well-maintained, but due to the different levels and steps, it is not wheelchair accessible. Because of the limited space, there aren't many loungers available indoors. Therefore, please note: if loungers are occupied but not in use, the spa staff will collect the towels to make them available to other guests – we think that's fantastic. A relaxation room is accessible via a spiral staircase, but since it's open to the floor below, it's just as noisy as the entire lower spa area with the jacuzzi, whirlpool loungers, and jets. The second spa area, with the thermal pool and two other pools, is quieter, but the loungers are very warm. The outdoor area is large, with five whirlpool loungers and benches in the water. There are plenty of showers and toilets throughout. A changing area with a clothes dryer is also available. It's a great place to relax and unwind, because thankfully, unlike many other spas where children are allowed to run around, make noise, squeal, and scream, there's nothing to worry about here. A visit to the spa is a truly relaxing experience."

"Headline: Unfair Treatment During War / Force Majeure - Avoid! Review: I had an extremely disappointing experience with ZENA Beauty + Med Center. Due to the regional conflict and sudden flight cancellations (Force Majeure), we were physically unable to reach the hotel on June 13th. Despite the extraordinary circumstances, the hotel charged us the FULL amount for 8 nights and refused any fair solution. Their only "offer" was to move our peak-season June stay to January (off-season) and for fewer nights! This is a complete lack of empathy and unfair commercial practice. We paid for 8 nights in the summer and received nothing in return. They are literally profiting from a war situation. We have filed a formal complaint with the Hungarian Consumer Protection and the Arbitration Board. Travelers, beware: if something goes wrong beyond your control, this hotel will take your money and offer no flexibilit"

"After a long break, I returned to the hotel. "Danubius" has changed its name to "Ensana." With the name change, the delight I'd always felt during previous visits has faded. The spa area, treatments, and reception are all still flawless. The staff is wonderful, smiling, and resolves everything promptly. They try to speak Russian, which is a nice touch. It's nice to see the familiar faces of the medical staff and feel their care. The room is still cozy and familiar, but it's in need of some renovation. The wallpaper could use a wash in some places. As usual, I asked for a higher, quieter room. They put me on the 5th floor. On this visit, I realized the soundproofing is very poor. The neighbors in the room to the right were changing, but the TV was so loud it felt like it was on in my room. I could also hear the guests upstairs. To be fair, after 10 PM, everyone quieted down, which didn't interfere with my sleep. One unpleasant detail was the lack of a kettle in the room. They agreed to provide one for 8 euros per day. I don't understand the problem with purchasing kettles for all rooms, especially since they offer a HB meal plan. At the neighboring Aqua, where they offer an all-inclusive meal plan, kettles are everywhere. There's also no drinking water. If a guest arrives late or on a weekend, they're likely to be dying of thirst. Keep this in mind when checking in. There are no bonuses for regular guests, which is also very surprising and unusual for me. Water is now available for purchase during dinner. The only thing left is the drinking water tap, which used to be on the opposite side of the room, where we used to fill the kettle if bottled water wasn't available. On this visit, I wasn't allowed to fill a 0.5L bottle of water, being advised to do so in my room, where the water is chlorinated. I think comment is unnecessary. Everything in the restaurant is still fresh and delicious, no complaints. The selection has diminished, and they don't serve porridge every morning. Or I'd arrive when it was already gone. There's no longer the same variety of sausages, rolls, or cheese. I really liked the soups. Another fly in the ointment: the table setting. All the tables are wiped with the same cloth without any disinfection, and crumbs from the napkins are simply shaken onto the floor and turned over. Each person is given only one paper napkin. One day, the waiter, finding out I wasn't ordering anything alcoholic, simply tossed the cutlery in a pile and left. This attitude toward guests is very unpleasant. I remember this elderly man with glasses; he's been there a long time, but if an employee is so tired and fed up with teetotal guests, maybe it's better to leave so as not to tarnish the hotel's image? To sum it up, the name change has devastated the hotel's charm, and the management's petty greed in certain matters and lack of customer focus are also unpleasant."

It is a very small pool, and a large text indicates that it is not recommended to take a bath for more than 20 minutes. A hotel package with three meals a day is a better option, but the quality of the three meals can only be enough to satisfy you, not good. The room is brand new and must have been renovated not long ago. The front desk is full of elderly receptionists with strong accents and difficult to understand English. Generally speaking, it is recommended to stay here."

"Everything was great. We were at the hotel in January and thank God we were lucky with the weather. Europa Fit is in a very convenient location, in the very center, close to both the lake and the bus station. The hotel has 7 swimming pools, 3 of which are thermal, with water from its own well. Very convenient in terms of time and duration of work - the pool, saunas and kitchen. Excellent staff. I would especially like to note Magdalena at the reception, a charming and highly cultured woman who speaks excellent Russian and is always ready to help. I would like to note the cleanliness, they cleaned every day and even on weekends. After repeated visits to sanatoriums in other countries - an excellent impression. With all my heart I express my gratitude to the team of sanatoriums.com. I definitely recommend it!"

"A very nice weekend! The staff (reception, service, pool, etc.) are all very friendly and customer-oriented. The pool area may not be very large, but there are plenty of free loungers and a perfect program for in-between activities. This includes a torchlit hike, gingerbread decorating, and more – all of which is offered free of charge. This spa also offers an InfraslimX trainer at an incredibly reasonable price – I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get some extra exercise! "Booked a 5 night stay at this hotel. Arriving by car, the parking lot was quite full and no handicapped spaces were available (we made it work). We had 2 rooms on the 7th floor overlooking the main street.. to bad we did not have the other side to try to get a glimpse of Lake Heviz. Check-in was painful.. for whatever reason the clerk could not give us an extra room key for the person that was staying alone.. not sure if this was a language barrier or they just did not know how to activate another card? We arrived on a Wednesday, the indoor and outdoor pool spaces were full of guests. They have very limited spaces/things to do for children so I would not book here if you have small kids. The clientele is older and everyone for the most part was just relaxing and staying quiet. We had no complaints about breakfast or dinner as the selection of food met our needs. Walking to town and Lake Heviz is about 10 min from the hotel. Cleaning staff were very attentive. Checkout .. extremely painful.. never experienced anything like it... we wanted to split the room costs/taxes between the 2 of us and the woman at the counter just could not make it work... Also first property where handicapped parking was not complimentary... regular price 7.5 euro per night, we paid 3.5 euro per night. Overall a pleasant stay, and yes while the hotel is dated, there is something about it that is also charming."

"Recommended by Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform), this hotel was almost empty except for my husband and me, who were the only two Asians there. It was mostly elderly people from the local area and nearby countries coming for relaxation. By Friday evening, there were a few younger guests. The hotel's hot springs were fantastic, and the overall decor and facilities were tailored to the needs of senior guests. We stayed three nights. The first two mornings we didn't get up, and on the third morning, when we opened the curtains, we were completely stunned. The distant lake was shrouded in mist, like a fairyland. The hotel is right next to the Hevíz Lake Bathing Area, but we didn't go. The hotel's hot springs are sourced from the lake, so it was very convenient to soak and then easily return to our room. All meals were included, so we didn't have to worry about what to eat. We also strolled around the town; it was very quiet and relaxing."
