Highfields Motel Toowoomba

"We stayed here one night during the carnival of flowers and it suited us well for the night. Highfields is not far north of Toowoomba and this motel seems quite new and modern. Our small budget room was comfortable and clean, with a lovely shower (good heat and pressure). Good location to some great country cafes and craft shops (The Village Green is lovely across the road and worth a visit.) I booked through Wot-if and this unfortunately caused a bit of head scratching and trouble at check in and check out. Sorted though with no dramas. The fellow who checked us in though did not instill a lot of confidence by remarking more than once that we were in the "budget room" as if we had booked a dud, was far from it actually, and the price we paid through Wot-if was very good for the condition of the room. We had dinner in the restaurant and this was excellent, very good quality and reasonably priced within market rates. Overall a good experience."

"We travelled 17 hours by car and were exhausted when we got there, luckily the restaurant was still open (great food) and we were greeted by a lovely, beautiful lady called Rina, she made our night and even helped us after hours bringing what we needed to our room. The room was huge, super modern and the balcony was private. Bed was super comfortable and upon checkout Thomas greeted us with a smile and we felt absolutely refreshed for the last leg of our journey! Thank you so much to all! Fantastic place to stay!"
