Best Western Plus Amsterdam Airport Hotel

Best Western Plus Amsterdam Airport Hotel ★★★★

📍 Vuursteen 1, Hoofddorp

"We booked late and stayed during a long busy weekend in Amsterdam so we paid quite a lot for 2 nights. The hotel is under construction but the staff are doing the best they can and were terrific. The hotel was very average especially for the price of $350 aud per night."

📍 Rijksweg A4, Nr 3, Hoofddorp

"Great and beautiful hotel. The one thing that I wasn’t satisfied with were the lack of amenities. The description on the page mentions most of the basic items like toothbrush/toothpaste but neither of them were for free at the hotel. Same goes for the lack of free hotel slippers that I basically expect from most hotels. Other than that nothing really to add. Would go again but with more preparation."

Radisson Hotel Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hoofddorp ★★★★

📍 Siriusdreef 22, Hoofddorp

"The hotel is super close to the airport, which makes getting around incredibly convenient, yet the soundproofing is excellent – you can't hear any plane noise at all. The surrounding environment is quiet and elegant, and the rooms come with balconies, offering delightful views. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options and tastes great. It's really pleasant to stand on the balcony, feel the breeze, and admire the scenery during downtime. Overall, the stay was very comfortable and relaxing; everything was just to my liking. Definitely recommended."

Courtyard Amsterdam Airport

"The hotel is a great choice for those looking for a clean, spacious, and safe environment away from the city bustle. It feels very "family-friendly" and is surrounded by nature, making it a peaceful retreat. However, keep in mind its location if you plan on visiting the city center frequently. Location & Transport 🚌 Proximity: Conveniently located about 10 minutes from the airport. Shuttle: The hotel provides a scheduled shuttle bus to and from the airport with frequent departures. City Access: There is no direct transport to the city center. To get downtown, you must take the shuttle back to the airport and transfer to a train/bus, call a taxi, or take a local bus to a transit point. It can feel a bit isolated if you don't have a car. Parking 🚗 There is ample parking space available, but please note that it costs approximately €20 per day. Room Quality 🛌 The Good: The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, the room quality is very satisfying. The Amenities: A bit minimal. They provide the basics (soap, shampoo, and lotion), but no shower caps or other extra vanity kits. You might want to bring your own. Service & Facilities 🍳 Staff: The front desk team is professional and helpful. Breakfast: A highlight! The breakfast spread is good, and the staff are very attentive—constantly clearing plates and keeping the tables clean. Extras: They offer bicycle rentals, which is a great way to explore the surrounding Location :

Best Western Plus Amsterdam Airport Hotel ★★★★
"The listing mentioned a renovation in 2026, which was the main reason I booked. However, I'm not sure what part of the hotel was renovated. The room curtains were very dirty, full of dust underneath. The 0.8m single bed was incredibly small, and I couldn't sleep all night. There was a constant sound of running water from upstairs. When I woke up, I took a shower immediately because I was so itchy – I suspect the bed sheets weren't clean. On the positive side, it's very close to the airport, a 10-minute drive, and they offer a free shuttle service."

"A modest hotel. I was given an older, unrenovated room, and I'm not sure why. The reception staff on the night I checked in were unhelpful, probably annoyed by my presence. The transfer from the airport to the hotel is free, but the return transfer costs 5.70 euros."

"This stay was great! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the warm and thoughtful service made me feel warm. The staff was patient and meticulous throughout the whole process, and they responded to my needs quickly. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly. Lying on it instantly dispelled my fatigue and I slept through the night. The facilities were also very complete and intelligent, and the quality was reflected in the details. The surrounding transportation was convenient and the supporting facilities were complete, which was very convenient for both leisure and work. The overall atmosphere was comfortable and cozy, and both the hardware and software were impeccable. It was definitely a high-quality choice for travel and accommodation, and it was highly recommended!"

"Overall, it's pretty good, but everything comes with a charge. You even have to pay for umbrellas and parking. We only got bottled water at check-in and it wasn't replenished during our four-night stay. Other than that, it was fine. The breakfast was also good."
