"I booked a room for my family of four for a one night stay. We were VERY disappointed to arrive to find the pool had no water in it. My credit card had already been charged and there was no acknowledgement that we were not informed. I was asked if I had used a third party booking site as it should have said on the third party website that the pool was not open. I booked directly with the motel (over the telephone) and there was no mention of the closed pool despite me asking if the amenities were all open. The motel website did not indicate the closure either. My children were really looking forward to pool time after a long travel day. The room was clean and well equipped. We met the owner in the morning, she was lovely. It did not make up for the disappointment of the pool or how it was handled—do not go if you have children and expected a pool!!!!"
